Inspired by the great lodges, Rising Bear is located on the Commons, with ice skating, fire-pits and family activities. Convenient heated underground parking and generous living spaces make Rising Bear ideal for bigger families and group gatherings.
Our 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Directly Across From The Village. Walk To The Mountain.
Our Unit is a 2 Bedroom Condo Sleeps 6, with a Ice Skating pond in front of Rising Bear during the winter time.

The Rising Bear House is located directly across from Stratton Village where you can park in a heated garage in the Rising Bear heated garage in building. (1 spot available and never have to drive your entire stay).You can walk to the base lodge and lifts. Walking distance to all restaurants and shops and spa all located in the village.
Condo details-Living room with gas fireplace and brand New 4K HDTV flat screen TV, pull out full size bed sleeps 2 Kitchen with eat in area as well as dining room. Master Suite Bed Room has a King size bed, tv and dvd, with a full master bath. Second bedroom as a King size bed and door to bath 2nd bath room. Second bathroom is a full bath. Balcony with access from living room, offers great mountain views. Access to owners great room lounge and fireplace (on 1st Floor) in lobby of building as well as heated outdoor pool and two jacuzzis and Sauna. The heated pool is great for kids after a long day skiing on the slopes! Other amenities: private ski locker and wireless internet. Access to health club and pool as well as golf course.

Across the road from Stratton village / ski lift
Condo was clean and the property manager was very responsive. Parking is an issue if you have more than 1 car, as every spot in the garage is assigned, and there is no outdoor / public parking lot except for the Stratton main lot across the road. Overall it was a great experience and look forward to staying here again in the future

Beautiful woodland Charm
This a a charming condo nestled in the Stratton mountain resort area. Easy walk to village with plenty of outdoor space. Check in was Simple and easy. Would certainly recommend! King sized beds with on suites gives you the space you need when sharing a room. Cozy living room and modern kitchen. Binder gave plenty of dining options and things to do in the area. It would be great if check out procedures were included in the the binder other than trash removal and not just an email communication. Check out was emailed. We missed stripping the beds as we had unplugged from email for the weekend. I would give this a 5 stars and will certainly book here again.

A great long weekend with family
The condo is very comfortable and very attractively furnished. The location— walkable to the lifts— was important to our group. We needed to be able to come back to the condo for lunch or to let the small kids relax while some of the adults skied. We had a bit of confusion when we arrived with keys but the owner could not be more helpful. We will be back!

Very clean, well put together! Place was immaculate. I felt very safe staying there during pandemic. Building was quiet, not overrun with guests. Location is super convenient to mountain. Parking spot in indoor garage convenient. Outdoor hot tub was so nice after a day of skiing. Owner was readily available and helpful. Highly recommend!
