'Expensive, but always clean and great staff'

'Great location for the hospital Few good places to eat Very friendly staff The room was very clean it also had a small kitchen with plates and cups and cutlery provided Would definitely stay again'

'Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. Towel hangers broken, sink is cracked. Beds were brutally uncomfortable. Only 3 pillows per bed 👎. Be wary of booking a hotel on Whyte Ave next to Bar’s/Pubs. Music/bass very loud at night when trying to sleep. AC didn’t work in the room either.'

'Room was nice and clean. Bed good. Parking garage was a bit tight, especially considering how big cars are in North America. Close to eating options in the area and a but further from the (not overly interesting) center if the city.'

'This is a surprise hotel. It looks like everything was refitted recently. Very nice rooms. Spacious too; we had the ones with a kitchenette. The stove was ‘vintage’, but worked fine. Don’t expect to prepare extensive meals, because the kitchenware is limited to the basics. Staf is very friendly, breakfast is continental with fresh fruit and great muffins. So; we enjoyed our stay!'

'Good service'

'Hôtel très correct, très bien placé, beaucoup de possibilités pour avoir une chambre avec une belle vue sur la ville ! L’hôtel est par contre assez vieillot … Léger manque d’équipements aussi (micro ondes, fontaine) Nous avons été placé dans une chambre en face des ascenseurs, donc bruyant toute la nuit car mal isolé.'

'Good property, close to the Expo center, but in a bad area . Only there for 1 night so didn’t use any amenities. Annoying to pay almost $40/ day for underground parking. Or risk your vehicle being stolen.'

'Staff were helpful and swapped our room to accommodate the renovation noises. New room had some issues but they remedied immediately. Hot tub out of service due to ongoing renovation. Breakfast is great.'

'good'

'nice place'

'Basic but clean accomodations, close to ammenities, quiet. I felt it was inconvenient to be on a different floor than the showers and bathrooms for my gender. Otherwise a very good place to stay.'

'Decent hotel'

'Staff helped get my luggage down despite this service not being offered. Loved how well-equipped the gym is! The bed was very comfortable!'
