'Clean rooms and easy parking!'

'The location was close to the highway with lots of dining options nearby. There was plenty of parking out front. I enjoyed the breakfast. Small complaint about the TV - I couldn't just turn it on and watch the network channels. I didn't ask for help from the front desk but ... should I have to? Written directions would be helpful for less tech-minded visitors.'

I have only 2 complaints, first there is a very strong perfume smell in the hotel, especially in the lobby. My room wasn’t bad. The room also had a window that opened to fresh air. When I came home all of my clothes and suitcases smelled like the hotel. I am extremely sensitive to smells as it affects my lungs. 'Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. De kamers waren ook goed schoon. Alleen de gang was bloedheet, ook was het tapijt in het hotel erg verouderd, het tapijt liet los en was vies. De banken in de gangen die bekleed waren, waren echt af en er zaten veel zwarte vieze vlekken in. Ook in de ontbijtzaal waren de stoffen banken vies en af. Het ontbijt was redelijk. 'We had to leave the property within 1.5 hours of checking in due to its poor condition. The room was extremely dirty, the beds were uncomfortable, and the washroom was not properly cleaned. Our experience was very disappointing, and we would not recommend booking this place. Despite leaving shortly after arrival because the accommodations were unacceptable, the hotel staff refused to provide a refund.'
