'Excellent location to attend Stratford Festival plays at festival theatre.'

'So quaint clean and welcoming. Hosts were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was fabulous! We had a nice relaxing hottub time after our evening out. Room was so comfortable. Although we shared a bathroom we never saw anyone else and a second power room was a available. The neighbourhood was just as wonderful. We will be back.'

'The Parlour Hotel was the perfect stay for us. It's right downtown Stratford and has a parking lot, so leave your car and walk around. It's a boutique hotel with charm, very friendly front desk, and clean comfy rooms. If you are coming to Stratford highly recommend staying at The Parlour Hotel.'

'Checkin proces without a physical reception is cumbersome and not clear. Many messages are to be interchanged and upon the notification that check-in authorization would be disclosed 48 hours in advance, only on the arrival day itself at 3 PM an email was sent. In addition, we have been charged twice for the parking lot, whereas it was made clear we brought one car while having booked two rooms.'

'what sank the experience was the kitchenette - dark with peeling laminate. after seeing that I didn't even want tto peel back the bedding. Just slept on top of the topping in my clothes. didn't see anything horrible or anything - just couldnt get over that kitchenette. bathroom wasn't great either.'

'Blinds broke when I closed curtains. Curtains do not provide privacy from parking lot. Bedside lamp switch did not work. Toilet dripped constantly. Heater/AC sounds like 747 revving up. Bed comfortable enough. Free hot drinks and cookies. Adequate for single night stay, but overpriced for what you get. More like Hotel 8 in style. Outdated facility on its last legs. Staff friendly enough, but no one was around at checkout.'
