'We had an exceptional stay and honestly, my only regret is that it was just one night.. I would have loved to stay much longer. The suite was impeccably clean and extremely well-appointed. Everything we could possibly need was there, and then some. The amenities were truly above and beyond… I wish I’d taken photos to do them justice. Unfortunately it was -20 that day and the room was not appropriately heated for our arrival. Washroom was 14 and main room was 16, and it took 4+ hours to get the heat up using the gas fireplace. We changed our plans so we were out of the room as it was just too cold. Response from our contact re: heat wasn't great either. '
