De locatie van het hotel was goed. We hadden gevraagd om een stille kamer en kregen die ook op de zesde verdieping. De kamer was wel erg klein, alsmede het tweepersoonsbed (140).

Mooi hotel, veel lawaai.
Mooi modern hotel en een goede centrale ligging. Met 5 min lopen in Petite France. Kamers zijn heel klein en om de 10 min rijdt er een tram voorbij. Ook ‘s nachts wat heel irritant is als je aan de straatzijde slaapt.

Personeel aan receptie spreekt slecht Engels , zijn ook niet klantvriendelijk , zeggen niets bij binnenkomst . Auto moesten we 400 mrt verderop zetten en het parkeren is niet kosteloos € 12,00u per 24 uur . De kamer was niet klaar . De ligging is wel goed, dichtbij het centrum Voor 1 nachtje is het hotel een voldoende

Leuk hotel dichtbij het centrum van straatsburg.
Prima hotel dichtbij het centrum van Straatsburg. Prima aan te rijden met de auto. Parkeerplaats achter het hotel. Ontbijtbuffet goed.

Gebrek aan ruimtes in de kamer.
Voor het opbergen van spullen is er nagenoeg geen ruimte. Een kledingkast ontbreekt. Kastje of lades voor het opbergen van spullen ontbreken. De ruimte om te zitten is beperkt. Onze driepersoonskamer was niet voorzien van een tafel, maar van een soort verbrede vensterbank.

Goede uitval- basis om Straatsburg te bekijken. Service kan beter. Ontbijt was daar in tegen fantastisch.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!!!The hotel is located in a very sketchy neighborhood, I did not feel safe coming in and out specially after dark. It’s hard to access by car because the tram runs in both directions in front of the hotel, which makes it noisy too.The AC does not work properly and the hot water is not constant while you are showering.Staff at the front desk is very rude and not willing to accommodate, specially Sofie (who said she was a manager just to deny when I needed management to resolve an issue, lying and being sarcastic).Customer service is non existent, it’s like they’re doing you a favor assisting you.If you are like me and like to feel like a valued customer, forget it here.The parking they claim to offer is very very tight and cars get damaged (saw someone smash a door open in the car next to it) there is not enough spots and the spaces are tiny with no room to maneuver, I decided to use a public parking garage during my stay, which was not close and I did not feel safe walking back to the hotel from there. Breakfast is below average and totally overpriced. I stayed in Ibis hotels before and it was nothing like this one, this one gives the chain a bad name. I would never stay here again and I advise you to spend your money and vacation time in a place that is worth it. I travel constantly and I do read reviews so I hope this one can help someone not to make the same mistake. Safe travels everyone!

Sehr gute Lage. Die gesamte Innenstadt ist sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Parkplätze am Hotel sind sehr beschränkt. Summa summarum ein gutes Hotel, wenn man während eines Städtetrips nicht mehr als ein passables Bett zum schlafen und eine Duschgelegenheit braucht

Room was very clean, great for single travellers, very worth the price. The area was very quiet at night even if your room is on the first floor. They also offer luggage storage after checkout which is very nice of them! Overall a great experience and loved Strasbourg!

L'hotel è a 2 minuti a piedi da La Petite France e dal centro, dove si trovano ristoranti e negozi oltre che attrazioni culturali. Ha il parcheggio protetto da cancellata e la fermata del tram proprio davanti (mai preso perché Strasburgo si gira tranquillamente a piedi). Ci tornerei e lo consiglio

Mauvais rapport qualité prix. À éviter.
Chambre vétuste dotée d'aucun équipement pourtant standard dans la plupart des hôtels (bouilloire, tasses etc...). La literie reste correcte mais la propreté de notre chambre était médiocre. Le parking était complet et nous n'avons pas apprécié la condescendance du personnel de l'accueil quand il nous a informé comme si cela était une évidence qu'il fallait appeler pour réserver le parking, comment le deviner à l'avance...? À un tarif moindre cela aurait pu être acceptable mais pas à 145 euros la nuit sans petit déjeuner. Ce tarif ne peut se justifier à lui seul par l'emplacement de l'hôtel proche du centre ville.

Strasbourg happy stay!
Great location, 5 minutes walk from the train station and 5 minutes to Petite France. Very helpful staff, very clean and the breakfast was fine, fresh leaf tea, pastries and hot options. Rooms are compact but fine for a short stay. Very clean throughout.

Localização boa, próximo ao centro histórico, o único porém é o estacionamento O hotel está em uma rua que só passam VLTs e carros não são permitidos isso dificulta enormemente o acesso ao local. Nenhum serviço de GPS da certo para chegar ao estacionamento. Então se informe bem antes se estiver de carro pois é preciso fazer uma conversão proibida para conseguir chegar lá

Good stay at Ibis Strasbourg Center Petite France
After being a little disappointed on arrival, I started to find the hotel friendlier. It is simple, has few amenities but it works! Place is clean, bed comfortable, bathroom good too. Breakfast was great. So in the end, I enjoyed my stay there. Location is close to all the places to visit in old town, though the block where it is, is a little dingy. That's what put me off on arrival. But it is not unsafe. I didn't bring a car but there was a garage in the back which seemed very easy to use. All in all, good price for a good stay!
