We asked the staff about it and they will said they could hold our luggage for free until we needed to go to the airport. 'Schöne große Zimmer, toller Ausblick, tolle Ausstattung. Leider keine Waschmaschine auf dem Zimmer und kein Kleiderständer, sonst alles vorhanden. Obwohl es so ein großes modernes Hotel ist, ist die Englische Sprache bei einigen Mitarbeitern doch sehr eingeschränkt. Eine tolle Rooftop Bar auf dem vorhandenen Dach wäre noch klasse. Frühstück war lecker mit ebenfalls tollem Ausblick, aber etwas mehr Abwechslung wäre toll. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder dieses Horel buchen. Tolle...

The staff always greet you with a smile, helped us book dinner reservations several times, called cabs, and were generally just really nice people.
