'Charming B&B in the center of Newburyport about 3 blocks from the water. Easy walking distance to river walk, multiple restaurants of varied menus, and charming shops (no chains). Easy driving to most north shore locations. Inn keeper was gracious and provided answers to questions about what's in town. Rooms were good size with modern bath facility. Good breakfast offering. Only thing that could have been better was low bandwidth WiFi, but I guess that's not that important for a B&B experience....

'Room was clean, wish the restroom had a fan, but the bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the chocolate on the pillows and bottled waters. The staff was very friendly and the common area was also nice to have with a microwave, coffee machine and refrigerator to use. Parking is free after 8pm and Sundays so that was helpful with a Saturday night stay. Quicker to take an Uber to visit Salem in October! Would highly recommend. '

'Motel close to all points of interest in Salem. Rooms were spacious, immaculate, beautifuly decorated and very comfortable. Everything that you would need for a stay was right there. I also appreciated the kitchen. Thanks again '

'The hotel has a very good location! It's private to have a beautifull view in the garden to the village & you can walk to the center! We really loved the breakfast in the veranda and were helped by the most sweet host Pamm. The pancakes were really amazing, as was the chef for telling us his preparation method. :-D '
