Welcome to this cozy and well-maintained holiday home located on a quiet private road, only 200 m from one of the best sandy beaches in Denmark



This lovely holiday home has everything you could wish for in terms of modern facilities (Washing Machine, Dishwasher, TV, DVD & Wi-Fi).



In the entrance hall you are greeted by a fully equipped kitchen and at the same time you will have an overview of the dining area and the open living room with cozy sofa area, TV and wood stove. The floor in the living room has just (2025) been refurbished and replaced with a new modern wooden floor which has improved the house even more.



If you continue straight ahead, you have access to 2 of the bedrooms, the third bedroom is in the corner of the living room. In total, there is room for 6 people in this holiday home.



The bathroom is located "behind" the kitchen, where you will also find a small wardrobe for any outerwear.



The house is extremely well maintained.



It is not allowed to wear shoes inside the house.



Outdoors, there is a cozy covered wooden terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. A perfect place to enjoy lovely summer days and evenings. The house has a nice large green lawn as well.



In less than 20 minutes you can drive to Kalundborg and visit Dyrehøj Vingaard, Røsnæs Lighthouse or just soak up the cozy city atmosphere.
