'This affordable hotel is about 20 mins drive from downtown Charleston. Staff is helpful and nice. We booked for 5 persons, but we had to make the sofabed ourselves. Also there were only towels provided for 4. When we asked, it was no problem and got them. Breakfast is good, but the line for waffles was long and is at the start of the buffet. Maybe move the waffle station to the end and get an extra waffle iron would help a lot. '

'Beautiful setting. We were the only ones we saw walking around the property in the early evenings. The Happy Hour self-serve charcuterie and cash bar on the property were very convenient and we enjoyed sitting along the river in the provided seating both njghts. 'This hotel had a wonderful vibe as soon as you walk in door. Colorful, cheerful, modern, clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. I must commend the nice lady who runs the breakfast. I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with her. She is so personable it was like talking to an old friend. We are redoing a house here so we've stayed in many different places and for the price this was the best overall. Clean, pleasant, vibrant atmosphere. Thank you!'
