'Very good, clean, neat, attractive property with comfortable beds, high quality furniture and plumbing, a small library, elaborate coffee machine, etc. Staff was very polite and helpful, and assisted with check-in. I'd very gladly stay here again! Excellent location, it is an easy walk to restaurants.'

'Het was een super strak, modern hotel'

'The whole hotel is extreem noisy, you hear really everything. Our room: Airco not working, hair dryer which burns your hand but does not blow. WiFi terrible bad signal. Made our discomfort at the reception, sorry was al, no little compensation in any form nothing. They even did not write down the problems with our room. If you have the possibility skip this hotel.'

'⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay at Quinta São José do Barrilário in the Douro Valley! The property is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by vineyards with breathtaking views of the valley. The peaceful atmosphere, lovely accommodations, and stunning scenery made our stay feel truly special. It was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the beauty of Portugal’s wine country. A memorable experience and a place we would love to return to!'

'Amazing and very cosy hotel. It only has 3 rooms but that is the charme of this hotel. In return you have a very relaxed morning with a good breakfast. They use fresh ingredients for the breakfast and they don't use sugar. The thing I liked the most (and I think that is also the nr1 reason to book here) is the amazing view over the Douro valley. Marco and his wife Ana are very friendly and helpful. They also offer a great full day tour in the Douro valley with amazing lunch! I would recommend...

'Quinta do Pego has been recently refurbished (rebuild?) by a Danish company and offers a fantastic experience in the Douro Valley. The Quinta is small (only 10 rooms) and excels in personal attention: no matter where you are in the hotel and at what time, you will be able to order a drink or a bite. And when you enter your room for the first time, a great port surprise awaits you! The infinity pool is a great place to relax, but there are also walks through the grape ranks which you undertake at...

'Hebergement difficile a trouver. Stationnement gratuit sur place. Petit dejeuner continental dans une pastelaria a proximité parfait. Accès a jus gratuit. Option d'acheter du vin sur place. Attention: pas d'instructions d'usage pour les équipements: poele au gaz, four, micro ondes avec convection.'

'Antonio, Marlena and the whole staff was incredible. We were treated like family. An absolutely beautiful, cozy, romantic place -- very well maintained and super clean. Delicious on-premise fruits, vegetables and wine. And the meals prepared there were ASHMAZING. Could not recommend any more highly.'

'Calme, très jolie.'

'Nice views over the Douro. Friendly staff. Super clean rooms. Bit mixed interior design. Only one chair on the balcony. Breakfast ok, but orange juice unfortunately diluted with water. '
