De mensen in Florence zijn gastvrij, aardig en doen hun best om je te verstaan en te helpen. Wat een verademing is dat in tegenstelling tot de arrogantie van de Milanezen en de hooghartige inwoners van Rome. "

"This hotel was a dissapointment. Its more of an B&B than a proper hotel. There was no proper airconditioning and when we said so they just gave us a small fan. The worst aspect by far was how noisy our room was. In the evening/night, we could barely sleep because of our upstairs neighbours. Just banging noises all the time. I also feel they could have given way more explanation about things. When the towels get cleaned and the such. Overall, it wasn't a complete nightmare but definitely would not recommend if you end up getting the same room as ours."
