The Space:

This 3 acre Home with Private Pond on property, is located in Stevensville/Kent Island has a quiet & peaceful setting at the end of a cul-de-sac.

The first floor has the Kitchen, Living Room with a large sectional sofa, a Full Bathroom, a Sauna w/Shower, the Master Bedroom with King Bed, and the 2nd Bedroom with Queen Bed.

Located on the upper level is a Bedroom/Loft Area that sleeps 6 with 2 Full-Sized Beds and a Full Pullout Sofa. Upper level also has a 2nd Master Bedroom with a King-Size Bed and Full Bathroom.

There are Smart TV's with streaming services in the living room and Master Bedroom. The House also has WIFI, A/C, Heating, Washer/Dryer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, Kitchen Supplies, etc.

Blankets, pillows, linens and bath towels ARE provided with the home.

The Kitchen is equipped with cookware and essentials for all your cooking needs.

Guest Access:

You will have full access to the entire house and property, with the exception of the garage, and exterior buildings.

Other Things to Note:

- The home is two stories with necessity to climb a few stairs to access the entry and a set of stairs to access the upper floor inside. However there are 2 bedrooms, including the master, on the first floor.

- Also, there is a private workshop on the property that houses businesses that may be active during normal business hours.

- The Waterfront & Lakeview description refers to the Private Pond that is located directly on the property.

- Per county regulations, there is a maximum of 8 adults (18 years or older) allowed to stay over at the property.

Lovely, quiet and comfortable home not far from route 50, nearby shopping, close to a wonderful Italian restaurant in Stevensville, and 20 minute drive to Annapolis. Owner was very responsive with a few questions we had during our stay. We would definitely stay again.

If you are looking for a comfortable and clean home with a great layout, this is it! Adam was great to work with from start to finish! He was accommodating of our situation and incredibly attentive as needed! The house has a fabulous layout and worked out well for a party of or size. Quiet Convenient Clean

My friends and I went to a local Spa for the day and stayed at this VRBO in the evening. Lots of room and beds. It was clean and had everything we needed.
