Rustic Chic Vacation Home Steps to Lake Camelot & Minutes to Sand Valley Golf!

If you are looking for a relaxing time at a home away from home, take a look at our Rustic Chic House. The interior will remind you of a secluded, cozy log cabin. The 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms will give you plenty of room (Sleeps 19 plus crib) for your family and friends to have your own space when needed, but spacious and open when you want to be together. Spend time watching the wildlife from the screened in porch or playing cards or Foosball by the custom bar in the finished basement. You will have a spot to swim in the private swimming area, enjoy a picnic or pick up your guests from our shared day dock about a quarter block away at our beach area shared by the owners on our street. (there is not a dock to leave your boat over night in the water, so it would have to be trailer-ed after the day).This central air conditioned house will have everything you need: 4 televisions, built-in stereo system, WiFi internet, full kitchen, wetbar Foosball table, heated garage with ping pong table, flat screen tv and plenty of outdoor toys! , stone fire pit, lawn chairs, board games and cards, books, ping pong table (in garage) outdoor play set, sand box and propane gas grill.

Your vacation home has 4 bedrooms. 1.) Master Bedroom: King Bed, private master bathroom with jacuzzi tub and separate tiled shower, ceiling fan, and windows to the backyard. 2.) Main Floor Bedroom: 3 double beds, crib, large closet, ceiling fan, and window to the front yard. Second Full Bathroom is across the hall. 3.) Downstairs Bedroom #1: 6 twin beds, small closet, and large egress window to the backyard. Third Full Bathroom is across the hall. 4.) Downstairs Bedroom #2: Queen Bed, Double Bed, and a Twin Bed; closet and large egress window to the backyard.

Walk in the front door to the main common space with room for everyone. The kitchen is open to the dining area and living room. The wood beams and fireplace will welcome you for a wonderful stay. The chef in the family will enjoy the 5-burner gas cooktop; with a peninsula and dining table for seating.

The lower level’s rec room has a wooden bar top, wet bar, card table, and surround sound system. Two egress windows allows this living space to be a great hangout while indoors.

The Town of Rome has plenty to do.....Sand Valley Golf Resort is just minutes away. Horse back riding, mini golf, restaurants, skiing, ATV Trails, snowmobile trails, fishing, swimming, boating, water sports are some of the several things to do while you are in town!

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need. Coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, plates, bowls, silverware, mixing bowls, strainer, baking pans, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and range. If you prefer a bbq, our 4 burner gas grill will be all that you need. Dinning room table seats 6, but has a large extra leaf and folding chairs to add space. We also have a attachable highchair for the little ones.

Our home also has indoor and outdoor toys for the younger kids, pack and play infant bouncy chair, 2 booster seats, air mattress, lawn chairs to seat up to 16, hammock, outdoor playset, sandbox and Bikes to share.

Our home does have a security system with outdoor cameras all located on the exterior of the property.

We are unable to accommodate pets of any kind.

Lake Centers: Four private lake centers (North Lake, Mid-lake, South Lake and West Lake Centers) are located on the shores of Lake Arrowhead, each with its own set of facilities and recreational activities. From covered pavilions, playground equipment, showers, restrooms and perfect swimming areas, to private docking facilities and boat launches, our lake centers offer fun for the whole family.

The Chalet: Pick up a game of volleyball, shoot hoops, hone your archery skills, hike through our lovely woods or roast marshmallows over the campfire. In the summer, take a dip in our heated pool. In the winter, hit the slopes on our tubing hill and snowshoe on our trails.

The Sports field: Here you can play every sport you love – basketball, baseball, tennis, volleyball – and spend time with friends and family under the covered, open-sided pavilion.

Campground: Our campground area offers 44 camping sites nestled in a beautiful wooded environment. Exclusively for Lake Arrowhead members and their guests, these campsites have water and electric hookups and are handicap accessible. Laundry, shower facilities and restrooms are also available.
