'Our room was only cleaned one time over 5 days. We had to ask for new trash bags after doing it ourselves. Our “queen suite” for 3 adults did have two queen beds, but only one chair at a tiny wobbly table. We had expected a couch or at least another chair or two. Was clean-ish but not a lot of effort. 'The front desk staff was nice and friendly. The location is also good. There was some construction going on nearby but overall nothing was disruptive. The part I dislike the most about the hotel is the cleanliness. The bed mattress was dirty with hair and stains. Disappointing.'

'Room is quite spacious. I like it provides kettle, that can match nicely with their provided smith tea maker tea! The room itself feels a bit old though, eg the lighting needs to be switched on/off individually instead of centralised control; air conditioning is quite noisy when it is on so I have to switch it off when I sleep. The details of customer experience is not perfect I have to say, for example the toilet sink is too small to fit in the kettle it provides, and toilet counter top is too...

'Amazing property right on Division. We were in town to see a show at the Tomorrow Theatre across the street so location was 10/10. Easy access to the house/room and the continental breakfast spread was impressive. Would and will book again the next time we stay the night in Portland.'

'Overall it was fine, to be a luxury hotel like the name says it needs to be clean. The sheets and bed skirt had stains and so did the sofa in the room. The bathroom door had soap scum on it.'
