  • Cross Timbers 2747 - 4 BD / 4.5 BA 2,276 sqft townhome spread out over three floors. With the interiors refreshed in Fall 2024, the property has been freshly painted, refurnished, styled and all new LVP flooring throughout.

    Now boasting stylish interiors and excellent entertaining spaces, complete with fully equipped kitchen, elegant dining space, great room with floor to ceiling windows, gas fireplace and large flat screen TV, plus the deck off the living space enjoys lovely outdoor seating. Each of the bedrooms have an attached private bathroom and there is a half bath located on the main floor as well. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and bath products.

There is an additional shared garage as well, and the convenience of complimentary shuttle service is available to CrossTimbers guests in the winter.

    During summer, enjoy the easy stroll to the Steamboat Ski Area promenade and the refreshing Rocky Mountain stream that flows through the base area. Summer activities and events such as free concerts and art exhibits enhance Steamboat Springs’ splendid summertime surroundings.
