Escape to a Steamboat Springs mountain retreat

This beautifully appointed 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is nestled at the base of Mt. Werner, less than a mile from the gondola, in beautiful Steamboat Springs.

This desirable chateau boasts a fully equipped kitchen and separate dining area. The living room is complete with comfortable sofa, flat screen TV and a fireplace. The perfect place to relax after an eventful day filled with all that Steamboat has to offer!

In the master bedroom you will find a comfy queen bed with luxury linens and all new furnishings. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with new mattresses and a twin bed over a full on the bottom with appropriate linens provided.

For your travel convenience, there is a full size washer and dryer in the unit and free secure wireless internet, as well. Just outside the front door is a secure personal ski locker to accommodate all of your outdoor toys.

Located on the inviting complex grounds, are a heated outdoor pool and 2 hot tubs.
Additionally, there is barbeque grill for your enjoyment.

Another extra and very important amenity is the free Steamboat Shuttle which is literally within steps of the complex. It can transport you up the mountain or into downtown every 20 minutes. No need to fight traffic or worry about parking...this convenient shuttle will bring you directly to and from gondola in under 5 minutes.

If you are looking for a departure from the chaos of city living for a few days or a few weeks, this is the perfect comfortable retreat for you and your family.

Sales tax, a 2% Marketing District Tax and a $200 cleaning fee added to all reservations.

Perfect apartment 5 minutes from the gondola!

We had an EXCELLENT stay at this apartment! It is perfectly located on the bus route (just 5 minutes to the gondola) and was a perfect size for our group of 5 girls. There are two hot tubs on the property too that we took advantage of after our ski days, which we loved. The apartment was clean and easy to locate and great for a weekend getaway. Thanks so much for having us!

Steamboat Shadow Run Gem

A great ski vacation was enhanced by the Shadow Run Condo. Kitchen was stocked with non-edible items to help with the stay. Hot tub was working to expectations. Quiet complex with great access to bus/shuttle system. It did not take long to figure out the bus lines.

This property is close to Steamboat Mountain and Mt Werner. Also close to shopping, restaurants, hiking/biking trails and a Botanical park. If you're an outdoor enthusiast you'll love it here! Ski and board locker on property. The property itself is very finely decorated and comfortable. The hosts include a variety of pots and pans, knives, silverware, napkins, tissues, and other creature comforts. 10/10, would stay here again!

Property is exactly as advertised; does sleep five people comfortably. Close to the bus line to the ski resort and very beautiful views. They include a full kitchen, multitude of cooking utensils, pots, pans, kettles, Kuerig, pods, sugar, an american coffee pot, filters, extra blankets, pillows, towels, a ski locker, and fully furnished with a multitude of beautiful paintings. Close to several restaurants, fine dining, and a beautiful park as well as a couple of niche places. I would absolutely stay here again as the town and condo is so beautiful.

We had a great stay. It was a simple little space that served our needs. We were disappointed in the building amenities, such as the hot tub. They were not hot and didn’t appear clean. We didn’t use them. All in all, the location and space served our needs and we had a great time.

Great location for ski trip

We stayed here as a family of 4 for our annual ski vacation. The condo suited our needs. Loved the convenience of being steps away from the bus route and only on the 2nd floor of the complex. We had two minor issues. The bunk bed was very high up and we have two teenagers. One ended up sleeping on the couch because there wasn’t enough room for him to get on/off the bunk. Smaller children would do fine. Also, the master bed was very uncomfortable (divets worn into both sides) and needs to be replaced. We bought a mattress topper while there just to get through the week.

Ski week!

Well equipped 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with easy access to bus stop for green or orange line to mountain. Comfortable bed in master. Large tv with plenty of channels plus netflix. Worked out well for us.

Wonderful stay at Shadow Run

Great 1-week stay in Steamboat Springs! This is our third trip to Steamboat but our first time in this condo and it was our favourite - for the location and views! The pluses far outweighed the negatives (i.e. occasional noise from neighbours). Thank you Steve and Geri for a wonderful stay in your condo.

Great condo

Perfect condo for a ski trip to Steamboat. It is clean and quiet. Easy to get in with the new keyless entry. Love that it is stocked with everything you need (paper towels, soap, shampoo, etc.). We loved having the washer and dryer in the unit. It is located right next to the bus stop. We have stayed at this condo for two years. My family loves staying here.
