'did not like that the elevator was broken al the time we stayed there. the breakfast was really the basic.It was not set up great.if there was not enough space between the two side to get breakfast or drink/cereal and toast. '

'As soon as we walked through the doors we were hit by the smell of marihuana and even worse throughout the hallway to our room. I confirmed with the guy at the front desk that it was a smoke-free hotel and all he said is that he didn’t know what that was and did confirm that it was smoke-free. We had one bath towel and one to step out of the shower. Went to the front desk to get more but he didn’t have any face cloths. 'I believe i found my new secret hideaway. I cannot praise the hosts and resort enough. The condo gives a luxury cottage vibe and thr location is so scenic. The bonus is all day aceess to the tennis courts and the pool and hott tub. Another bomus was the close proximity to the Blue mountain village. There is also an indian testaurant overlooking the pool atea. The resort is nestled in beautiful trees and backdrop of the hills. The condo itself was comfortable, clean and in tip top shape....

'Arrival found door code would not work. Had to call 3 phone numbers to get a person. Fridge was not cleaned, little hairs around the sink vanity, no hot water in the shower, no added deadbolt inside the room which inly mattered because i had a guy knock loudly on my door every night. No room cleaning by any staff. No staff on the premise. Windows were not locked. Tv only had paid options to buy programs or movies; nothing free to watch. '

'The unit is nice for a family. It’s comfortable. The location is fine. A couple of comments to improve the service: The kitchen utensils and other stuff we not clean. Particularly forks and knives had to be washed before we used them. The drawers have crumbs or something else. Also, we had questions about the facilities but we could not reach the administrators the day before or the day of our arrival The phones are not answered and the AI help does not work. '

'Check in was not good for a same day rental. Check in was supposed to be any time after 4:00 PM. I did not receive a "how to check in" message by 6:30 PM when I arrived. It was dark already. The auto-attendant at the reservation confirmation "Help" phone number said that it was after hours and the office was unmanned... but I could send a text. The number to text to was said quickly and only once. I had to call again and go through the voice maze twice to get that number. After sending a...
