With fantastic views over the water and boats, right behind the IJsselmeer, you will find this newly built house with 3 living floors in authentic style. It has a berth directly on the terrace, possibly for your own boat. It has 4 bedrooms with double beds and a child's bed and can accommodate 9 people.
It is a beautiful area for walking or cycling, along the Frisian Eleven Cities or in the Gaasterland. Stavoren is located directly on the IJsselmeer and is therefore ideally suited for water sports. There are both sandy beaches and a secluded kitesurfing beach.
The house is 200 meters away from a large award-winning supermarket. At 500 meters walk you are in the cozy center of Stavoren with several restaurants and sports shops. On the 5th Image (Map current Stavoren) you can see the location of the house at number 4 (Google maps is not yet up to date).

From the large living room with open kitchen and cozy fireplace you walk through the sliding doors to the high terrace where you can enjoy the sun setting over the water in the evening.

The house is fully equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave furnace, large induction stove, garden with garden furniture and BBQ, wifi, a stereo with Bluetooth, a modern television with Chromecast.

A spacious place to relax by the water, in the sun in the Frisian country!
