'Room was clean and comfortable for what we needed. Very centric area. They do charge for the first night first, in case you want to leave the accommodation. One thing though, it’s just a little odd that they don’t provide dishwashing soap, considering they have a kitchen. Not a deal breaker, but it would be useful.'

'I was very disappointed with my stay. The biggest issue was that there was no air conditioning, which made the room extremely uncomfortable. Despite staying there, housekeeping was never provided, so we had to manage without fresh towels or a cleaned room. The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful, making an already frustrating experience even worse. Customer service was lacking from start to finish. 'I had high hopes for this appart-hotel as the flat itself was very nice and clean, with modern decor. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing overall. First of all, there’s no air conditioning — which would be fine if it weren’t so warm inside.
