The motel charged me $84 despite expedia’s $76 with tax that shows the motel admin charged me their rate ignoring expedia fare that never happened to me before. Take action!
Security deposit:
$50 deposit was charged in cash not from my credit card referring policy. What if I didn’t have cash? They placed an ATM machine so guests could withdraw money for a $10 fee earning to the motel - smart way to earn more money. Or maybe save the bank cost or not being highly knowledgeable to charged...

'Nice place for a short stay. Our room had no garbage can or microwave. The elevator was broken. It is the only way to access the 3rd floor. Subsequently the staff had to buzz us up the service elevator with their employee card every time we entered. The room is very dated and could use some remodeling.'

'The staff at the Hyatt House BWI are absolutely fantastic and kind people. I arrived to the hotel they greeted me, I forget my charger.. they let me borrow a charger for few minutes so my phone wouldn’t die, the shuttle driver took me to local gas station to get a few necessities. Great hospitality professionals. I will definitely recommend and come back. '
