'Although the breakfast start at 7am, but the chef always come later. If you have tight schedule, it’s better to have breakfast somewhere else. '

'The check-in process was unfortunately a disaster. Even though we had been in contact multiple times beforehand, we never received the email with the access code in time. As a result, we arrived and could not enter the apartment. The building is also very difficult to find and poorly signposted, so at first we honestly thought it was some kind of joke. 'Het hotel ligt op goede locatie t.o.v. de meeste delen van Londen. Twee haltes overground en vandaaruit de metro lijnen. Het hotel is eenvoudig, doch comfortabel. De kamer is redelijk van afmeting met keuken en aparte badkamer. Prijs/kwaliteit is zeker in goede verhouding. Ik kan dit hotel zeker aanbevelen. '

I had a confirmed reservation, but when I arrived at the property to check in, the housekeeper told me that they were fully booked, there was no room available for me, and they had no record of my reservation in their system.
I therefore had no accommodation despite having already paid for my stay and had...
