Appartement à louer à Station de métro Baniyas Square

« Notified property via expedia app that I would be checking in late. When I arrived at property they had no knowledge of this and gave the room away. It was a no cancellation booking. The property was full so they had to find another room in another apartment to put me in. Not what you want or need after travelling through the night. »

« Let's start with the communication. I emailed them and they never responded to both my emails. I called the number provided and the person said wrong number but gave me another number to call. I called that number and the woman seemed annoyed that I called.we agreed to meet and when I got to the location, I waited for 1 hours and no one showed up. I had told them I don't have a international phone so I can't call them. Luckily at the airport the airline I flew in from let me use their phone....

« We stayed 6 nights in 3bedroom.At apartment »

« The place was good and beautiful. Complete amenities and I can say that it was a great experience staying in Azur regency hotel mostly the staff who always clean our room. My only concern is the person a woman who in the front is not approachable and friendly. Must be approachable and always smile because they are the one who in the front and welcoming the guest must be clean and well dressed too. Thank you so much »

« 安く泊まれて良かった。 »

« Private residence, not a proper hotel room. The security said it was not a hotel, and we had to find another hotel, paid extra taxi fare, and struggled with suitcases in 100deg F weather »
