Catch the shuttle to the Stagecoach chair lift in the parking lot or ski from your back door to the Heavenly Valley Boulder lift lodge. The HOA offers a pool and spa and is just a short walk from the condo.**
This unit has an absolutely breathtaking view of Lake Tahoe and the mountains around. Unobstructed views, it truly feels like the view was made FOR this unit. The unit is classic Tahoe style and lived in but incredibly cozy as well - the high ceilings make it feel spacious at the same time. The community hot tub and pool are right across the street!** The bus picks up right outside the building. You might be able to ski out of the building in the winter *depending on season's snowfall. It has a lot of character and charm and feels very home-y.

PARKING: Approved Parking Spaces: 2 vehicles max Parking is communal, first come first serve. HOA asks for no more than 2 vehicles per unit. No maximum height, but long vehicles will not fit - "normal" vehicles will be fine. No street parking during snow removal season. Must park onsite from 11pm - 5am. Additional parking located at the top of the hill.
**Important** Renters will be issued a parking permit which they must display on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicle. Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of the vehicle.
This home is professionally managed. We are a friendly team of folks who look after this beautiful property while the owners are away. We ask you to keep in mind, this is a private home which the owner retreats to. We simply ask that you respect & take care of the property as if it were your own. Let that love flow.
**We are available to you for standard check in times should you require any assistance from 4pm - 6pm. For after these hours we may be available for emergency only and only then via Airbnb message app. We apologize if this causes any issues, but please consider this ahead of booking. You see word Stateline and I bet you’re probably thinking, “What’s up with that name?”. Well, it’s called like that for a reason - it actually lies on the state line between Nevada and California. It’s a really small town with less than 1,000 citizens, high in the mountains with elevation over 6,000 ft (1900 m). Even though its size is small, it has 5 casinos and many tourists accommodations. Stateline, together with its neighbor - South Tahoe Lake, is a very popular winter and summer destination, because of its numerous winter and summer activities.
Please note that in winter periods a vehicle with 4x4 may be necessary. We are unable to offer refunds or credits if your trip is affected by weather/weather conditions.

Home Truths: - It's a lived-in condo, please don't expect brand new everything. - The hot water can be very hot - be careful! - The downstairs bathroom can get cold overnight if the door is left closed. - The internet is not great, most companies don't have stable signal in South Lake Tahoe. - The Loft area is accessible via a spiral staircase and is not suitable for small children. - Setback for the grill is 36" - must move the grill 3 feet from the wall on the porch when in use. - Coin-operated Washer and Dryer in building. - There are neighbors directly under you so please be courteous to them and keep noise levels low - even if the others aren't as respectful. - You may hear noise from others when they walk past the front door. - There is no air conditioning, just like most of the places in Tahoe - but it can be warm during the winter. - Parking might be limited at times since spots are not assigned and first come first serve.
PET POLICY: One small dog allowed up to 25 lbs, additional $100 pet fee required. Cats or other pets are not allowed anytime. Those fees are not included in the accommodations. If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation cancelled immediately.
PET ETIQUETTE: - Control their barking - if you have a loud dog, please never leave it in the condo alone. - Don’t let them treat everything like a fire hydrant (inside and outside the condo). - Play is fun, but silence is golden - be respectful of those living in adjacent units and directly under you. - Keep them on leash while in the building. - Always pick up after your dog. - Wash those paws and minimize bringing messes inside the condo.
Parking Info: Approved Parking Spaces: 2 vehicles All parking from 11pm to 5am must be on assigned common lots. No street parking is allowed during these hours. Street parking during any other time is based on local posted parking regulations. Many areas in Tahoe prohibit street parking at all times, especially during winter months (October to May).

The upstairs couch was flaking everywhere, there was also cat litter spilled. There was confetti all upstairs like someone hadnt vaccumed. There was mold in the snower areas and the paint was coming off the walls. There was extra blankets pilled on top the water heater. There was also only enough room for 5 people to sleep but thebplace says it can sleep 6. The blinds in the kitchen were broke so they did not close. However, the staff for check in and check out were supper responsive and quick to reply with in a hour or less of messages I sent. The location was extremly close to the heavenly ski lift. They did have all the appliances youd need and a few games which was really nice. The views were amazing, especially cause it over looked the lake and mountains and we got the sunset and sunrise from the kitchen window everyday. VERY NICE VIEWS

This rental is exceptionally well located. for skiing at Heavenly. Stunning views from the deck and easy access to the ski resort. The fundaments of the house were fine - good kitchen comfortable beds, easy parking. What was less than ideal were the following: windows leaked cold air; window blinds were non-functional; extra mattress covered the fireplace the whole week (real eyesore and not presented in VRBO pictures. Downstairs bedroom closet not accessible because filled with owner's belongings.
Multiple places which needed calking and paint. Downstairs bathroom had peeling paint hanging from the ceiling.
Last but not least the Air Concierge group managing the VRBO was not that customer focused. Much more about policy than customer care and satisfaction.

The view was beautiful, and it was nice having a wood burning fireplace (bring your own wood). Very convenient to Stagecoach lift and the shuttle service was reliable. We cooked in mostly and found the kitchen fairly well stocked. Could use some additional glassware. We had a great stay, thanks!

1. I specifically looked for a property with no pets. The rental agreement stated no pets and there being a $1000 charge for evidence of pets. There was a note in the property saying to keep dogs away from heater and dog hairs on the sofa blanket. Other people's pet dander is not appreciated!
2. Listing said there were 3 beds, there were actually only 2. There was a mattress in a closet but no place to put it and no bedding. This was a big problem.
3. Dishwasher did not work!
4. I had only 1 vehicle and had a hard time finding parking.
5. The view was beautiful, but all the other balconies were cleared of snow. This unit's was not, and therefore the balcony and bbq not usable.
This was my first time using VRBO and I am wondering if what is advertised is what you get with VRBO.

We stayed here in July during the heatwave; thank goodness the condo is “up the grade” about 3 miles up the mountain overlooking Lake Tahoe. We had the windows open with a cool breeze. The sunsets are incredible from the deck overlooking the lake; colors light up the entire sky. We walked to the nearby Fox & Hound Grill and the convenience store several times. We used the HOA swimming pool once; however the hot tub was still closed from COVID. It was very nice and quiet up there, we enjoyed our stay and recommend this unit.

My family (2 adults and 2 children) had a good time skiing at Heavenly and staying at this condo. The kitchen had everything we needed. The view from the window of dining area was nice. This condo to Stagecoach was less than 5 minutes dive.

We had a great time in Lake Tahoe thanks to the convenient location of the condo. The short drive down to Stateline made this stay great. The view from the balcony is amazing, perfect for watching the sunset over the lake. The hosts were excellent and very accommodating.
