The Golden Roost was intentionally designed to give families and groups room to spend time together—and room to spread out—with three distinct indoor gathering spaces.

🏡 Single-story ranch home with minimal entry steps, making it comfortable and convenient for guests of all ages.

🛋️ Fireside Living Room – Smart TV, fireplace, and comfortable seating for movie nights or cheering on your favorite team.

🎮 Game Room – Pool table, arcade games, Nerf wall, and plenty of opportunities for friendly competition.

♟️ Conversation Room – A TV-free retreat for coffee, board games, reading, or simply catching up.

🍳 KITCHEN & DINING

A fully equipped kitchen with cookware, drip coffee maker, Keurig, complimentary coffee, and basic cooking essentials—everything you need for game-day breakfasts, family dinners, or meals at home.

🛏️ BEDROOMS & SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

The Golden Roost accommodates up to 10 guests, with four private bedrooms providing traditional beds for 8 guests. Each bedroom features comfortable mattresses, quality linens, luggage racks, and space to settle in and unwind.

For groups of 9–10, the modular sectional in the Fireside Living Room can be reconfigured to create an approximately full/queen-size sleeping surface for up to 2 additional guests.

💡 Please note: This additional sleeping space is a convertible modular sectional rather than a traditional pull-out sofa bed and is located in a shared living area. We want every guest to understand the sleeping arrangements before booking so you can decide if they're the right fit for your group.

👶 Traveling with little ones? A Pack ’n Play with bassinet attachment and high chair are available for guest use.

📋 IMPORTANT BOOKING REQUIREMENTS

To provide a safe, secure stay and meet our insurance requirements, the primary booking guest must complete the following before check-in:

🪪 Identity Verification – Complete identity verification through our secure third-party verification provider. A valid government-issued photo ID may be required.

📝 Rental Agreement – Review and electronically sign our rental agreement.

💳 $500 Refundable Security Deposit – A $500 security deposit is required and is refunded after checkout provided there is no damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or violation of the house rules.

These requirements apply to all reservations and must be completed before property access information can be provided.

💡 Please make sure you're comfortable completing the identity verification, rental agreement, and $500 refundable security deposit before booking. If you prefer not to complete these requirements, The Golden Roost may not be the right fit for your stay.
