The layout offers many different areas to gather, so you have lots of space to enjoy. Enter into a fun coastal lake side vibe with 12 ft ceilings and wall of windows in the living room, overlooking the golf course. There is an all-seasons cedar room that opens out to the spacious deck with Adirondack chairs to relax and enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverages and enjoy the views. The large master suite is on main level with connecting bathroom with shower and jetted tub. 2nd bedroom on main level also has a king size bed. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and more for all of your cooking needs. Coffee, spices, cooking oil, wrap, foil, baggies, soap provided.
Head downstairs to a spacious entertaining area, where there is a kitchenette, with refrigerator, stove, and sink for your convenience. The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen size beds. There is also a bunk bed at end of the game room. Large bathroom with 2 sinks, shower, toilet. The Family Room has an 82-inch T.V. with a large comfy reclining sectional to relax and enjoy a movie.
The game room has a foosball, poker table and bar. There are also plenty of games available.
Head outside to lots of green space to the patio, where you will find a propane BBQ and firepit, (wood provided) with long metal pokers for roasting marshmallows for s'mores.
There are plenty of tables and chairs for everyone hang out and enjoy the golf views.

All sports Tri Lake boat launch is just 3 minutes from house. Lake Mecosta, Blue and Round Lakes are all connected, so bring your boat, jet skis, kayaks and enjoy the water.
There are also pontoon and kayak rentals nearby for your lake adventures.
