« Room 251 was more like a B2 bomber taking off in your bedroom. The AC was locked in this room and could not sleep. The room was also extremely high in humidity to where the sheets and clothes were damp. I did speak the manager and she apologized for this inconvenience and will have maintenance look into the issue. She also credited me for 1 nights stay. Hopefully this was just a fluke with this room. »

« The hvac unit in our room was very noisy. It made a high-pitched whine. I asked via text if they could look at it. No one did. The carpet in our room was old and looked dirty. It did seem that they were in the middle of remodeling, updates, so hopefully those things will be fixed. The front desk staff was friendly. »

« When we arrived, the front desk clerk was extremely friendly and checked us in quickly. The rooms were very clean, including the bathroom. I thought they had a better than average breakfast buffet with a good selection. I had their egg white omelet, sausage links and a some oatmeal. They have the coffee machines that grind and brew, so coffee was great with a good selection of creamers and sugar. I would choose that as a stay again near the twin cities. »

« The bed was not very comfortable and we didn’t know the water park wasn’t open until Thursday luckily we stayed on a Wednesday night and didn’t have anywhere to be on Thursday so we were able to use the water park but it was definitely disappointing not having access to it on Wednesday evening liked we had planned. The staff was great and let us have a late checkout since we were in the area for an interview. It was a nice time all in all. »

« There was no prior notice about the sprinkler system being out of commission - I even called about the latest time we could check in and the Front Desk Staff did not advise on this severe safety issue. Then when we arrived our room door was stuck open due to the door malfunctioning without any offer for maintenance to fix it only, “push or pull it closed really hard.” Upon entering the room - which smelled musty and damp - the fridge was dirty and there were two TV’s on the dresser directly in...

« This was clean cute hotel. The only problem was the tv in my room wasn't working and was told no discounts or refunds for the inconvenience. »
