'Room was great; most rooms have a balcony with a soaking tub! Dinner options and entertainment was great. Outside activity concierge was great - helped us with rental car. Internal concierge not very helpful - did not introduce us to activities and amenities on the resort. 'Riu properties are corporate ran with zero concern for guest and will take advantage of any situation to squeeze more money from there guests. I would recommend never staying here , there are many resorts around that are much better'
