« It was a little bit difficult to find at first but we're happy once we found it and got in. This is a fun little place to explore and a quick drive into Ruckersville and not a super long commute to Chatlottesville. This was a great little get away! »

« A quiet serene atmosphere tucked closely to the main amenities of the retreat but still surrounded by beautiful scenery! The grounds were sprawling perfection of relaxation and beauty. The treehouse exceeded any and all expectations from comfort, cleanliness and cozy vibes. Never heard another soul as neighbors kept to themselves, however we were often visited by the friendly cats of the community. « I had a very pleasant stay in the Farmview Cottage! It was easy to access per the host's directions and instructions, and the host was quick and communicative regarding all of my questions. The cottage looked like the pictures, if just a bit run down in the kitchen (to be expected with a vacation share), and provided a much-needed quiet retreat while I attended and helped set up my friend's wedding nearby. « We were seeking a romantic getaway Valentine’s Day weekend. What we received was anything but. Supposedly the hobbit house was part of the White lotus echo resort spa which included various sauna, spas, cold, plunges, etc. when we got there late in the evening there was no directions no instructions and we finally found the “spa area” where nothing was on, or did not work. But the absolute atrocious part was that there were feral cats running around all over the property, pawing and scratching...
