The home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests in standard sleeping arrangements, with additional sleeping options available for groups of up to 18. All sleeping options are listed below:

Both bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, washcloths and hair dryers for your stay.

Private driveway parking is available for up to 5 vehicles. Please note that a maximum of 5 vehicles is permitted per reservation, as additional parking is not available near the property.



🏡 HOUSE RULES

This home is located in a residential neighborhood. Please keep outdoor noise at a respectful level so it does not disturb our neighbors, particularly during quiet hours after 9PM/wintertime and 10 PM/ summertime.

Parties and events are not permitted, and only registered guests are allowed at the property. Smoking is not permitted indoors.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas during their stay, including the backyard, game room and driveway.



Self check-in is available for a convenient and flexible arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a peaceful residential neighborhood near Cove Island Park, the home is just a short walk from the park and beach. Enjoy nearby tennis and basketball courts, playgrounds, walking and biking trails, and plenty of outdoor recreation.



Downtown Stamford, restaurants, shopping, I-95 and Metro-North are all just a short drive away, making it easy to enjoy the Connecticut coast with convenient access to NYC.



Getting Around:

The bus stop is down the street. Train station is only 10 minutes away.

The home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, with additional sleeping options available for groups of up to 16.

An additional guest fee of $40 per person, per night applies after 12 guests.
