The master bedroom (with king bed) is very privately situated on the first floor with large master bath (shower and bathtub) and has views of a large pond frequented by majestic egrets, swans and mallard ducks.

The kitchen is outfitted with top appliances and a comfortable banquette that can seat 8+ for casual dining with views of the water and a flat screen TV. A patio for al fresco dining conveniently located in the front of the house with a large wrought iron table that seats 8+ and water views. The backyard is landscaped with roses and hydrangeas and completely fenced in. There is also a waterfront cottage with an expanse of windows on the river and a half bath.
