« Chambre très humide, gros problème d’humidité dans la chambre. Fenêtre avec grosse trace d’humidité, avec eau dans la fenêtre. Tuyauterie dessous le lavabo coulait. Mais pour les autres éléments c’était ok. »

« Great clean newly built place. The AC leaked the first night and they moved us to a new room for the rest of our stay. Great place but the breakfast options were atrocious. Juice, bread, stale pastry and oatmeal packets. None of it was fresh. I would have loved to see something fresh just to cut through basically bread. We will stay here again but know we will not get breakfast »

« The hotel is a bit older, not a Radisson Blu, but the interior has been update and is very clean and large, the linens were clean and new. The manager is so very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is convenient to restaurants and shopping. Everything positive. »

« Checking in went smoothly and staff was helpful in directing us to area dining options. Even though the hotel was busy, our room was quiet and sleep was refreshing on comfortable beds. While enjoying a well stocked breakfast bar and fresh brewed coffee we were surprised that old time friends were also staying at this hotel so breakfast was a catchup time. The staff was very accommodating and expedited a delayed checkout . This Holiday Inn Express in Baytown was an excellent choice for us! »

« Propose des chambres avec kitchenette. Intéressant de pouvoir faire sa petite popote le soir pour changer du resto...A part que pour cuisiner et manger il faut un peu plus qu'une plaque de cuisson: assiettes, couverts, casserole, plat, etc...On a donc choisi cet hôtel pour ce qu'on croyait être un plus, mais en fait ce n'était qu'un leurre. Grosse déception! »

« Lors du check in, soit disant nos trois cartes bancaires étaient inutilisables à l'accueil, mais pouvait être utilisées sur l'atm du hall d'entrée. Après 15 mn de blocage nos cartes fonctionnaient par miracle. Pire, la personne à l'accueil souhaitait prendre et noter tous les numéros de notre carte de paiement. Attention personnes louches.
