Appartementen in Stadsstranden van Valencia

'Die Wohnung ist für drei Personen geeignet. Das Schlafsofa haben wir nicht benutzt. Sie liegt sehr gut in der Nähe des Hafens und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Auch zwei Fahrradstationen sind in Laufnähe. In ca. 6 Minuten Entfernung gibt es einen guten Supermarkt. Gegenüber ist eine Bäckerei. Das Viertel Cabanyal hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es bietet auch sehr viele Möglichkeiten zum Ausgehen. Wir haben immer die Valenbisi Fahrräder benutzt, das hat sehr gut funktioniert. 'Did not receive on time a code to enter the property, after couple phone calls and 30 min later we received the code. Employees not inform good enough that the room was occupied because suddenly somebody enter the room without announcing while my wife was just out the shower. Couple products where insufficienc for a 7 days stay like 1 roll of toilet paper, Peper and salt, coffee, dishwashing and laundry detergent. These products we needed to buy extra in bulk because you cannot buy just 2 or 3...

'Clean, lot's of space, new, great terras on the roof, but then communication with Amazinn Places couldn' t be worse. No reaction on our chats, afther 10 attempts in 2 weeks, still no mail or notification how to get in the appartement. Finaly, 20 minutes before we arrived (and already 7 hours later then check-in time) a nice guy on the phone gave us the number to open the door...'

'The apartment was clean but not like the photos. It didn’t have a living room or seating area - only a small kitchenette with a hot plate and limited dishes/cooking utensils. No cleaning supplies, limited towels, and only 1 roll of toilet paper was supplied. No sofa or comfortable chairs - only a small table and hard folding chairs. We made it work for what we needed but it was a disappointment for sure. '

'Lots of construction. Inside of property satisfactory. Biggest complaint they over booked our room .so we were left scrambling to find a place for the night. One day lost of our time. Communication was terrible. Emails in Spanish and we were not notified until almost 2 pm. I did contact them by phone and email trying to get updates to no avail '
