'Friendly staff'

'Top locatie. Heel schoon en personeel is vriendelijk.'

'Located close to the station and bus station. However, property is in a poor condition and on the day of check out there was no running water in the bathroom. The previous day, the water flow of the shower was a weak drip.'

'The room has a very profound smell and is very humid for some reason. Even the floor is damp. There was also a large spider in our room. Its location is not good at all and it’s very hard to get anywhere.'

'Temiz ve güzel bir yer.Tavsiye ederim.'

'Well located hotel, with a nice breakfast prepared every morning. The reception and the employees are all very hospitable and communicate in a very friendly manner. Booking a taxi from there to other places in Sarajevo is also very easy. I would recommend it to every household with children visiting Sarajevo. Thank you Esmir and crew! '

'I travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels and apartments, but I can honestly say that I have rarely experienced an apartment as clean, spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained as yours. The bed, pillows, bedding, and the overall comfort and atmosphere of the apartment deserve a 10+ rating! Everything was absolutely perfect, and I truly felt at home. I will definitely be returning in the future, and I will happily recommend your accommodation to all my friends and family.'

' Centraal gelegen hotel met parking. Mooie inrichting en gratis ontbijt.'

'Clean and perfectly acceptable room situated in the heart of the city. This is not a luxury hotel but an affordable and sensible choice for someone requiring a convenient base in Sarajevo. Staff were most helpful and organised a fixed price airport transfer which was better than using a taxi.'

'Magnifique tout je recommande Très beau séjour!!!'

'The spa was phenomenal with deep pool, sauna, steam room, and hit tube. I have never seen such an excellent spa. Breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious. Even had a breakfast to go.'

'Nice hotel, friendly staff and tasty breakfast. Would visit again if ever back in Sarajevo! '

'One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, amazing location and very friendly and helpful staff. Would 100% stay here again!'
