'The materials used and the sobriety of design was unique! Very clean and good price in low season. A must for anyone who wants to spend a bit more luxury in Riccione! Top location'

'Hotel was great, location unbeatable, only discomfort were the mosquitos in the coffe lounge outside... ;)'

'We had a deluxe twin bed apartment which was well laid out with plenty of space but a little worn and in need of an update especially in the bathroom. Unfortunately the floors hadn't been cleaned too and we're covered with hairs but the next morning they came and gave them a good clean. Equipment in the kitchen is limited but sufficient with an old fashioned stove top kettle - not electric so not really the 'tea/coffee maker' stated. 'Vriendelijk personeel. Altijd aanwezig voor vragen. Behulpzaam. Eten goed.'

'Zeer vriendelijk personeel Privé parking achter gesloten schuifpoort Uitstekende verhouding prijs-kwaliteit'

'Che dire, hotel meraviglioso in tutto!'

'Over het algemeen prima. Ontbijt was een minpunt.'

'Central to the popular cafes, pubs and restaurants and within a short walk of beaches and train/bus stations. Hotel was clean, friendly with good breakfast included and had all the amenities needed for a long weekend stay. Check in/out was easy and price was right. Would definitely use again.'

'The pros: property is very clean and the breakfast was outstanding. It is very close to the beach and restaurants even in the off season was a good location. The staf works very hard but they are not professional hoteliers. The cons: it is a bed and breakfast posing as a hotel so some nutty things happened during our stay. When we arrived the owner checked us in. He was clearly intoxicated and was incapable of communicating the parking situation. He directed us to park on the street in what we...
