« Very POOR. I stayed 4 nights and NOT ONCE was the bed made. NOT ONCE did my room receive clean towels. The garbage was never removed. On Monday and Tuesday mornings at 7:00, we made the coffee in the lobby since no staff had arrived. What's worse (if you can imagine this getting worse) -- We booked 5 rooms at the Boulder Creek Inn and each one of us received boorish and rude treatment by the managers and owners. « The first room had very foul smell hard to describe it. Also being next to exit door of the hallway didn't help hearing people slam the door non stop going inn and out room 127 avoid at all cost. I was moved to the upper floor it was alot better but the general cleanses of hallways left alot to be desired. Parking was also bad having 5 rider truck trailers hogging all the parking lot. Your better off paying a little more anywhere else. »
