Welcome to our home situated in a rural neighborhood, in an extremely friendly and safe area. Located a short drive to fort Leonardwood. Perfect for some privacy for family days.

The home is located on a small col-de-sac, with a large fenced in front and back yard, perfect for pets. Close by you will find access to the national Forrest and river access points.

Enjoy our newly renovated kitchen, with Morden appliances. Relax in our updated bathrooms with over sized tubs.

Garage is available for guest use. Also enjoy our large over sized driveway. Perfect for moving trucks.

Guest have full use of house yard and garage.

Dog breeds must be approved before booking. Pets must be in cages while in the home, no exceptions to the rules. $150 extra cleaning fee for excessive pet hair. Any damage done be your pet will be charged to guest.
HOUSE INFO + RULES

(1) All Booking Alterations Request for a shorter stay from the original length will be denied. Change of Dates will be accepted as long as same length of stay or longer.

(2) 6 Guests can sleep comfortable. for additional guesses we have air mattresses. up to 2 more guest for free, any additional guests after that there is a fee

(3) guess that are not on the reservation will have to pay extra fee if staying the night over.

(4) Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Hair dryer, hair curling iron, tooth brush, dental floss, combed, hairbrushed, etc.

(5) If you require early check in please let us know immediately no later than 9:00 am. (Early check in fee is $50- as we would have to hire an additional cleaner to have ready in time) if house is clean the extra fee will be waived.

(6) Must Check Out before 10:00 AM or there will be a $50 late check out fee.

(7) Please no Smoking/Vaping on the Property.

- Please no Food/Drinks on the bed

- Please no Loud Noise after 10 PM to 6 AM

- Please no shoes in the house.

- Please Keep the house clean,

- Please when checking out put the Dishes in the dishwasher add soap and turn it on. turn all lights off.

(8) DisposeGarbage in Garbage bins upon Check out

(9) clean up after your pets. pets are not allowed at any time to be out and about in the house, put your pet in their kenel/ cage. we provide a cage and there is dog bowls, and doggie bags for disposal after your pet.

(10) Failure to Clean up after yourself will result Cleaning Fee.

(11) Smoking/Vaping in the house Fee: $500.
