'This is a beautiful hotel. I booked two rooms one for my husband and myself and another room for my parents. Both rooms were clean and very lush. The front desk ladies were so friendly and made great recommendations. We ate at the hotel’s restaurant and the food was amazing. We saw a show on their fourth floor in the grand ballroom which was so fun. For an older hotel everything was so nice. Highly recommend staying here 10 out of 10.'

'From the time we arrived, the concierage was helpful and friendly. The front desk staff was also so helpful. Charlie was the best. The rooms are exactly as described and very clean. The lobby, lobby bar, cafe, were all wonderful. although one of the female bartenders can be more friendlier with a smile on her face. The rooftop pool was fabulous with the views and exceptional service, one bartendar in particular '

'Mooi hotel met voldoende faciliteiten. We zijn zeer tevreden met de balie personeel. De wasruimte was ook gratis en perfect. Maar helaas hebben ze ons kamer voor 3 dagen niet verschoond. Bedden zijn niet opgemaakt. Vuilnisbakken bleven vol. Zeep en shampoo pompjes waren leeg bij binnenkomst. We zijn alleen daardoor teleurgesteld. Maar de rest was prima. Mooie zwembad, fitness, shuttlebus en goed ontbijd.'

'The staff were wonderful. Eddie was so helpful. The hotel itself was built in 1920’s. As a result the hotel has a lot of character but is in no way modern. You will have the benefit of a safe and clean place to sleep, bathe and store luggage. The location is beyond excellent and balances out the age of the hotel and sparse accommodations. If you are a light sleeper you will absolutely need good ear plugs because the walls and floors are thin. If you have bad knees, note the beds are low to the...

'Standing outside on Christmas no one will answer the door how do you think my stay is'

'Everyone was kind and helpful and the room was clean. The location to downtown and to the Jannus live venue was perfect. Within a 5 minute walk. They were kind to my emotional support animals and I had free parking right next to the hotel. They said they had just reopened so the couple of things like the elevator not working ( got my steps in) and my shower being cold (was refreshing after dancing all night) were the only downsides.
