The intracoastal offers a peaceful retreat with the opportunity to spot dolphins, manatees and fish. This property is situated in a resort-style community with access to a large heated pool, private dock, lush landscaping walkways with royal palms and picnic tables and grill stations throughout.

The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to feel at home, while the spacious living room features a large plush sofa, pullout bed for additional sleeping space, and a Smart TV with soundbar for entertainment. Both the primary and second bedrooms include queen beds and cable TV, with a shared updated bathroom featuring a modern vanity and tiled shower conveniently located between them. A bright Florida room with Intracoastal views adds extra living space with abundant natural light and a pull-down futon for additional sleeping options. Guests also have access to shared coin-operated laundry in an air-conditioned first-floor room. • Parking: 1 Reserved Parking Space. Limited additional guest parking spaces available on Gulf Blvd

• No pets allowed

• Age requirement: 25+ to book

• Access: Located on Level 2 (1 flights of stairs required)
