This smoke and pet free top floor condo (#410) is completely refurbished into a Scandinavian design. From the balcony you have a stunning view over Boca Ciega Bay. There are two rooms, one bedroom (with blackout curtains) and one living room with a bar kitchen and a large private tiled balcony. The bathroom is also new and all tiled, large, clean, and spacious. The interior decorating and furnishing are light and spacious in a very modern style. Everything is clean and up to date.

We have installed an UVC, UVV light into the central AC that clean the air into HOSPITAL STANDARD. The device takes care of bacteria’s, pollen, smoke, viruses etc, dust and other small particles we breath every day.

4 people easily sleep here, two in the King size bed in the bedroom, and two in the robust and modern sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom is really nice and was renovated in 2021. The kitchen was also completely redone in December 2022 for a smaller fortune. AC is quiet and does the job extremely well.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a brand-new Samsung fridge with freezer with an ice maker, a $3,5K Samsung range with INDUCTION stove & oven, micro-toaster, Samsung dishwasher and more. Coffee brewer, Keurig coffee maker (bring your own K-cups).
There are two new (2022) Samsung 55' SAMRT TVs with a SONOS BT-speaker.
There is also a PS3, free and fast private Wi-Fi and a big washing machine with dryer.
Best quality down feather bedding, linens (with fitted sheets), and towels (and beach towels) are included, and you will also find iron, iron board and hairdryer for your convenience.

We have 2 2-seater kayaks and 4 bikes that you can borrow if you are up for a ride at the Pinellas Trail. We also have beach toys, coolers, picnic- and fishing gear. You may use the parking spots 18 in the shade under the building while renting from us.

The condo has a keyless door lock system. You will be given a personal code together with the contract.

The building has a large Pool area with plenty of sunbeds, a heated hot tub, and a BBQ-area. Next to the pool is a private pier with a sofa at the end you may use if you feel like spotting dolphins or do some fishing.

Boca Ciega Resort & Marina is a four-story building, built in 2006 on the waterline by Long Bayou close to Clearwater Beach FL. It is located in a safe residential neighborhood close to St. Pete Beach between St. Petersburg and Tampa, FL. It is within walking distance of some of the popular bars and restaurants in the area and within a few minutes’ drive from some of the popular beaches.

Doc Ford´s is our next-door restaurant! It is also one of the best restaurants in Florida. Actually, it was voted the best in the USA according to TripAdvisor award for best “Everyday Eats”.

Perfect for couples get away

Unfortunately I didn’t get to take my lady friend due to circumstances, I had some champagne and flowers there for her it looked really nice, instead of canceling the room I went with a buddy and had a bro vacation, really nice beaches,and a good location for just about anything you can think of. Very nice staff the cleaning lady is super cool.I recommend for a solo and or a couples thing or just the fellas or just the girls you can’t go wrong, nice pool and hot tube. Very nice all the way around.

Great location and comfortable condo right on the shore of Boca Ciega Bay. Beautiful view of the bay, fishing pier and pool area from fourth floor living room and balcony. Pleasantly appointed with all the comforts of home. High speed wireless internet and large flat screen TV. Harbor side restaurant/bar just short steps away with great food and drink. Easy and secure check in process and covered parking for one car. Would definitely stay again!

Imagine enjoying your drink on your balcony and watching dolphins and sunset. Thanks to the owner for pleasant surprise of a bottle of wine. The condo is clean and modern with everything you need for a comfortable stay. This place is centrally located close to many beaches. The owner is quick to respond to questions. I'm big on balconies with a view and this one does not disappoint. Condo was great. Only issue was with bikes so the owner purchased 2 brand new bikes the next day. Thank you Daniel. Our stay was a huge blessing.

Christmas vacation

The property manager was very nice and willing to work with us as we experienced flight cancellations and delays the day before arriving and Daniel was willing to assist with potentially allowing a quick change as needed. The property was very clean and the view was beautiful. We unfortunately got the cold snap of weather so we didn’t see any dolphins. For my what could be improved and what I wish I knew. * be sure to purchase toilet paper, only one roll was provided. * this ideally is only good for a couple staying. While it worked out for our son (age 9) the couch wasn’t that big and I would not recommend for a family. I obviously did know the sleeping arrangements going in. * the elevator was very noisy in the bedroom and ran at all hours of the night many times. *the pillows provided are down feathers and not comfortable and the bed wasn’t all that great either. * there are no extra blankets in the condo (in case you have a little sleeping on the couch. Granted again we had the heat on in Florida but something to think about. * the restaurant next door while very good and I highly recommend for anyone who enjoys oysters on the half shell go, also has live music (or we are now pretty sure that’s where hearing) and plays well past midnight as we didn’t arrive til 12:30 and could hear it very clearly In the condo. * we didn’t us the pool or hot tub for two reasons it was very cold when we were available to use and it looked dirty. Overall I do recommend this condo but for us lesson learned we need something a little different. Cheers and enjoy your stay.

We were happy with how updated and nice the condo was. We love this location as we have stayed in another unit earlier this year. The condo did not have clean floors and counters so we swept and cleaned. We also did not sleep under the sheets as the linens were covered with cotton balls and had a stain on side with closet.

The View is AMAZING!

We stayed for a small girl's trip (Grandma, Mom and daughter). Daniel was an excellent host and his communication prior to check-in was top notch. He was very forthcoming of some pool maintenance that was to occur during our stay and made sure we were aware. I was very impressed by that. By the way, the pool is so refreshing and the views from this unit are THE BEST! The unit itself is small, but that was not a surprise to us from the listing. It's cozy and he has made it very simple, so you don't feel enclosed with lots of furniture, etc. The remodeled bathroom is great! A welcome bottle of wine greeted us, and we were so appreciative. The complex itself felt very secure, the other owners/travelers we met were very nice. The complex is so convenient to the beach and other stores/restaurants, etc and is VERY quiet which we loved. So relaxing. My only suggestion for travelers would be to pack a few beach towels and/or laundry detergent. The towel supply is limited, but we did laundry a few times so that worked for us. I also bought some toilet paper just in case which was not all surprising as most units just have bare minimums on arrival. All in all, I would definitely stay here again. Father/ Daughter Vacation

We rented this property for a week long father/ daughter vacation. Our 12 year old enjoyed the nearby shopping at John's Pass. They visited Ft. DeSoto, Busch Gardens, and the Tampa aquarium. They had plenty of space and privacy to do their own thing sometimes. The property is clean and well kept with a beautiful view from the balcony. They had only great things to say about this rental. Next time I want to come, too. 🙂

Condo was fully equipped for all needs, beach toys, cooler etc stored right on Patio, many little extras, plenty of towels, etc. we did not get a chance to use the bikes or kayaks. Many restaurants and stores for all needs close by. Other Condos in building were quiet but there is quite a bit of noise from highway/bridge which was mentioned in other reviews so it was expected. The only complaints would be that the floors were very dirty- the bathroom floor was visibly bad when we first entered the condo but our feet were literally black after walking on other floors as well- just needed a good washing. The biggest complaint is the bed. Very loud when there is any movement at all and uncomfortable. Everything else appeared to be well cleaned, All appliances and other furnishings nice/newer and updated, worked great. Kitchen appliances were awesome- so many ways to use a microwave and oven I kind of needed a handbook!

Nice experience

Nice, quiet condo community with a wonderful view of the water off the spacious balcony. Liked that condo was in community of its own, not bunched up in a row of condos, like other communities I saw. Only 12-15 min drive to nearby beaches. Would stay again!
