Home to the Toronto Blue Jays and Honeymoon Island, Dunedin is Florida's first Trail Town and one of the Sunshine State's top walkable cities. You can spend all day wandering between the marina, restaurants, and galleries and still make the short trip to the beach. Plan your visit to catch one of the town's many vibrant festivals, celebrating everything from arts and crafts to music to dogs. With downtown just a block away, it's easy to get there by foot, but golf cart and bike rentals are also available.

Spend evenings watching the sunset from the marina or make the short drive to put your toes in the sand at Honeymoon or Caladesi Island, consistently rated in the top 10 beaches. Or venture out further—the new Clearwater Ferry Water Taxi will take you to Clearwater Beach right from Dunedin’s marina. You’ll have access to the entire 2 bedroom 1 bath unit - approx 950 sq feet as well as a private fenced outdoor area. On-site parking for 2 cars provided. Additional public parking available close by.

Please note, we’re super committed to our promise of quiet time at 10pm. Our cottages are on a small downtown street. Fantastic thing about our prime location is that you can keep the late-night fun downtown, then tip toe back to the quiet of your own place. Please consider that all guests will need to follow this house rule. Gracias!

Tiki Rides provides a free shuttle in and around downtown Dunedin, making it easy to hit all the spots on your list. A new downtown looper adds another option. If you want to venture a bit further try the Jolley Trolley, providing service to Clearwater Beach, Palm Harbor, Tarpon Springs and Safety Harbor. Headed to Clearwater Beach? Walk to the marina and catch the Clearwater Ferry to Clearwater Beach (check their website for exact availability). A nice boat ride and none of the hassles of beach parking.
