Completely Renovated, this spacious and airy 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo, in a small condo building is perfect for couples, friends and families. It can accommodate 6 adults plus 2 children on 1 king and 2 queen beds plus one memory foam full-size futon. It has all of the conveniences and comforts of a modern condo, yet retains that “Old Florida” charm. You can access the beach by going out your patio doors, grabbing what you need out of your own beach closet, and passing the gorgeous Jacuzzi and pool area bordering the beach. Follow the path through the sand dunes and there you are, on the white, powdery sands of the Gulf of Mexico with its calm, clear waters.

This roomy, 1200 sq. ft. condominium has an updated, designer look with its aqua-grey walls, new laminate wood plank floors, new furniture, and new flat-screen smart TVs in the living room and in all three bedrooms. The comfortable light aqua leather couch and two grey leather chairs in the living room all recline. The dining area has a beautiful oval glass table and six cushioned chairs. Two port-a-cribs and highchairs are available on request.

The modern, fully-stocked kitchen has gorgeous blue/grey marble countertops with an expansive breakfast bar, new stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry and a large pantry. The master bedroom and the living room have sliding glass doors that open up to the large balcony with partial and direct gulf views, with a private spiral stairway that leads to your own parking space, the heated pool and hot tub. There are two grills, several outdoor tables and chairs, plenty of chaise lounge chairs, a bathhouse, and an outdoor shower in the newly paved pool area. To ensure privacy, these areas are accessed with a gate code.

The serene master bedroom with breathtaking views has its own sliding doors to the balcony, and private bathroom and closet. It has a king-sized bed, two nightstands with outlets, a dresser and storage bench, and a new flat-screen smart TV.

The second and third bedrooms have brand new queen memory foam mattresses and new windows. The second bedroom also has a memory foam futon that opens to a queen bed. All bedrooms have new sheets, pillows and linens, new overhead lights with fans, nice dressers and nightstands, new flat-screen smart TVs and ample closet space.

We keep our condo ultra-clean and wash the quilts every time for our new guests. All door handles, light switches, knobs, etc. are disinfected prior to each stay.

The bathrooms are beautifully designed with all new tile-work and fixtures, and plenty of storage space. The condo has a large washer and dryer in the unit, and is stocked with beach towels, bath towels, beach chairs, umbrellas body boards and beach toys.

One half of our large balcony directly faces the pool area and Gulf of Mexico. On the other half of the balcony, there is a house that partially obstructs the southern side. Even from that half of the balcony, if you angle your chairs diagonally, you have the same view as the unobstructed half. The kitchen and living room have direct views. From the king size bed in the master bedroom there is also a direct view. Our building is set back from the beach by a grassy yard and pool and spa area. The pictures on our listing shows the beautiful view from our balcony.

The building has an elevator and private and guest parking. You can walk to many great restaurants, a yoga studio, ice cream store, bike and beach equipment rentals, a nail salon, a convenience store, Indian Rocks Nature Preserve and to a shaded playground.
