Welcome to your perfect getaway! This stylish home is ideal for group trips or couples looking for a serene escape. Nestled in a tranquil cove, you'll enjoy breathtaking views and direct access to the intercoastal waterway, surrounded by manatees, birds, dolphins, squirrels, rabbit, and other wildlife.

The home has been beautifully remodeled and tastefully decorated with no expense spared. Relax on the super comfortable furniture, including an electric reclining sofa, and enjoy the sound system and 85" TV in the living room. Each room boasts excellent beds and amenities for your comfort.

Just 8 minutes from Indian Rocks Beach and a short distance from Clearwater Beach, you might find it hard to leave the serene back patio. Unwind and soak in the peaceful atmosphere, or enjoy a refreshing drink under the Tiki hut while taking in the surroundings.

For a bit of adventure, take a tandem kayak fishing or one of the single kayaks or paddleboard for a ride to explore the area. If you have a boat, feel free to ask about bringing it along.

Inside, you'll find a beautiful living area with a secret garden in the front and a main family room overlooking the serene waters. Local artwork and murals adorn the house, with original tiki poles and a tiki hut designed by a Hawaiian artist for your outdoor pleasure.

This home is so relaxing you may not want to leave. With plenty of open viewing space, you can watch birds and squirrels visit the backyard feeders. Take a walk to the side garden and enjoy fruit from the papaya or banana tree if they're ripe.

Enjoy a sunset ride or daytime exploring with the kayak or paddleboard. Fish off the dock or simply sit and enjoy the wildlife, from egrets and ospreys to pelicans.

The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, and the large formal dining table is great for gatherings. The living room features electric recliners, built-in USB charging ports, an 85” smart TV with cable and streaming channels, and an Xbox with a Sonos Surround Sound system.

Each bedroom is meticulously maintained, beautifully decorated, and functional.

Beautiful, well equipped home

We came to stay with our 27” boat for a week and we had everything we needed. Family of 12 with our doodle as well. Home is just as pictured and described. Kitchen has top notch appliances and great pots and pans and all you need for cooking and serving. Owners are great and have great communication. Backyard is gorgeous and great for any age. We vacation often and stay in many VRBO’s and this one offered way more than the rest. Highly recommended

Great Waterfront House

The whole family enjoyed our stay. The house is very spacious and so clean. Nice and quiet street and back yard. My wife loved all the unique decorations around the house so much we had to go to the adorable boutique where most of them came from. We had a dolphin swimming along the sea wall under the docks one day and a lot of manatee activity, even caught one doing a full roll over on the water surface on video. The tiki hut is a great refugee from both the sun and the occasional rain, it always stayed dry! The pool isn't huge but it was big enough for two floating around and brought needed relief from the heat when soaking up the wonderful Florida sunshine. Short drive to Indian Rock's Beach, which is nice and quiet too, so unlike the beaches with all the resorts. Great eight days at Anthony's wonderful house. Highly recommended get away spot on the intercostal waterway.

Paradise on the water

The property was amazing. So beautiful. The homeowners have decorated it so well. We never even felt the need to go to the beach. The home had everything we needed to feel relaxed and have a great time. Manatees came right up to the dock as well as sting rays. We saw dolphins in the bay and my husband and kids were able to even kaya with the manatees. Fishing was also great. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. It was truly special.

Amazing house on the water

We had an amazing week at Anthony's beach house! The interior of the home, from decorating to the large TVs and Sonos sound system, were all TOP notch. The furniture & sofa after a long day at the beach were super comfy. The master bed and pillows were super comfy as well, which we tend to value after long, adventurous days (Btw - what brand were the pillows? We might want to get a few haha). Everything inside was top tier. The back yard gives a really nice, beachy feel and being close to the water was great. The pool does heat up to a really nice temp for the cooler months down there, which my son really enjoyed. Really quick drive to the beach, too. The only additional things to note - there was a large RV parked in the driveway the entire week, which is not a problem if you only have one car like we did, but we couldn't really throw ball out front or utilize that space (nor did we know ahead of time). There are also multiple cameras in the back of the house which we kind of feel should be mentioned in the post. Felt a little strange at first as we value our privacy, but we got over it quickly. Thankfully our 9 year old son wasn't throwing any ragers lol. Overall still a 5 star stay for the comfort and accommodations, and we would surely return again. Thank you, Anthony!

Serenity in Paradise!

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood/location. Very quite and peaceful. Impeccable attention to detail throughout the property. Great pool/hot tub for starting and winding down the day. Nice area for kayaking and paddle boarding (with manatees as a bonus!). Grill and firepit are in great condition and we used them often. Can't wait to come back!

We loved everything about this beautiful home. Completely renovated and just gorgeous. House is set with everything you need for your beach vacation. Anthony was a super helpful host and attentive to our every need. This place is really just a dream come true for your next family vacation. Highly recommend!
