Our Family purchased this beach house back in 2016 and did a full renovation on the home including all new flooring, hurricane grade windows, fully painted, top of the line stereo system installed, new appliances and new dock to list a few. Located on a quiet residential street in Clearwater Beach, right on the intercoastal waterway with Ocean views from every window of the home. We are looking for a qualified long-term renter between the months of September 2021 until May 2022. No short term rentals available for this property. We are requiring a minimum of 1 month for the rental contract and the rental does need to be approved by the owners. The home is less than 10 minutes walking distance to the beach and to several restaurants right in the heart of Clearwater Beach and the Pier. Don’t worry about booking a dolphin boat tour because the dolphins are always playing in our backyard (you will see the tour boats passing by the home regularly due to the dolphins always being behind the home). The home also comes with 2 new Yamaha jet skis and a Regal 38 ft sports yacht with a captain upon request (this service is not included in the monthly rental price). Weekly housekeeping is included in the rental price each month. The home has a wrap around balcony with outside access from every room. There is both a formal dining area and kitchen dining table that can accommodate up to 16 guests. We invested in high end furniture throughout the home from Restoration Hardware including the beautiful and dangerously comfortable Cloud couch in the main living room. The Master is located upstairs with an oversized custom closet, electric fireplace, 80 inch flatscreen TV, custom electric blackout shades on all the windows and a huge Master bathroom.
