This beautiful south corner beachfront condo has a sweeping view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico as well as the pool from its double sized, private balcony!! Rows of windows open the space to an expansive view of the beach from the living room, dining area and the kitchen. This condo was totally remodeled and has a beautiful open kitchen. Free Wifi. Land's End is a gated community located in the popular Sunset Beach neighborhood. Building #10 is located right next to the large swimming pool and Jacuzzi tub onsite.

Land’s End is located on Treasure Island at the end of a peninsula and is surrounded on 3 sides by water; the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, a pass to the south and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. This community is loaded with amenities to keep anyone entertained! Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, a boardwalk that wraps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffle board, direct beach access and all within this beautifully landscaped community.

For family-friendly fun while visiting Treasure Island, hop on the Suncoast Trolley and you will be able to explore all of the unique beach communities from Clearwater Beach to Pass-a-Grille. Take a short drive over to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Head West to Madeira and visit the Alligator Discovery Center in town, take a walk on the boardwalk while shopping at John’s Pass Village.   • Oh Nom! for whatever reason the dining room was empty when we walked in. The ambiance & service was charming enough (I particularly enjoyed them showing "Teen Wolf") & the sushi rolls were a great value--the veggie rolls are to be missed but hey we are in the south-->it's always a gamble when your vegetarian appetizer isn't fried :)

Exceptional condo in every way!

This condo is spacious, well kept and has a fantastic view of the ocean. The property manager is excellent and we really appreciate the on-site security on property. This is our second time at this property and we will not stay anywhere else.

Perkins review

The condo was nice but a few things could be improved. The master mattress was very uncomfortable. There was no A/C vent in the family room/dinning room. The kitchen supplies were lacking and there were small spiders all over the island area by the sink. We also had problems with the family room cable. Come to find out that once a month there are updates and the spectrum has to be reloaded. There should be instructions for that.

Covid escape

Our initial plans for the week were cancelled thanks to covid we were looking for somewhere non touristy to spend the week to celebrate my daughters 5th birthday. Lands End did not disappoint! We will be returning! Condo was clean for the most part- some minor things I noticed but not an issue overall. We enjoyed ourselves!

Looks good-needs a thorough cleaning

Unfortunately after sitting empty for some time the unit is dirty. I don’t think it was cleaned after the last visitor evidenced by the dirty towels, dirty table mats, food crusted kitchen pot holders and mitts. The runners throughout the condo are filthy. I would have washed but the washing machine does not wring out the water. Also, there were a lot of dead roaches-at least they were dead, the sugar ants are not dead- a professional needs to get rid of the problem not a can of bug spray. Now the good part. The unit is bright and airy, the furnishings are nice, you are next to the pool and the beach. We had a great time!

This is a spacious and bright apartment in a great location. Lands end is a quiet and well maintained development. Beautiful beach for shelling. The apartment was large and very clean. We appreciated the tile floors. The mirrors on all the wallls allow you to see the ocean from every angle. Very Comfortable furniture and good storage to unpack. The rental agency was helpful and when the blinds broke had someone there within a few hours to do the repair. Kitchen could use a few more cooking pots but again the agency did promptly bring another pot over when we asked. Still needs a few more as well as some more plastic cups and plates for small kids. We would happily stay here again!

The condo was exceptionally clean and very nice. You basically had the beach to yourself and a handful of others. The pool was big and very enjoyable. I liked the gated community for safety purposes. Enjoyed seeing dolphins from the beach and along the inlet. Many restaurants within short driving distance. Just a great place to relax!!!
