There are 5 knock-your-socks-off bedrooms in this home, each with an over the top sports theme - pick which room suits you best! Of course, every room has its own smart TV.

Downstairs, the massive bedroom doubles as a game room, with two queen-over-full trundle beds, pop-a-shot basketball, air hockey, and some comfy seating to hang out and watch the kids get their game on!

Upstairs, you'll find the 4 remaining bedrooms. The soccer bedroom is the primary, with a king bed, smart TV, private ensuite bathroom, and even a soccer net where you can practice your goal kicks before taking your skills onto the court out back. The 3 remaining bedrooms up here (football, boxing, and baseball) have easy access to the hallway bathroom.

"This home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. We ask that you please respect our neighbors by observing the quiet hours between 10pm- 9am. We stress the importance of keeping our neighborhood quiet & safe for all of our guests & neighbors. We do not authorize any parties or events at this listing.
This home & all of its amenities are either inside of the home itself, or on a
private, fully-fenced backyard. Under NO circumstances will our guests be
authorized to trespass onto any of our neighbors’ properties."

"This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge.

Pet Fee is $75 per pet, per night, max of 5 pets.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal."
