Brand New Listing! Welcome to our tropical flamingo hideaway! This chic open-concept home has been completely renovated and is perfect for those who want a relaxing getaway with water views and a pool! Each room has been tastefully decorated to provide a unique experience for all guests! This home boasts gorgeous sunrise views over the private water in the backyard while overlooking the pool. Less than 2 miles to Indian Shores and nestled a short drive from Madeira Beach & Indian Rocks Beach!

You’ll have the entire home to yourself (1500 square feet) including multiple sleeping areas-- 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 king bed, 2 queens, 1 bunk bed with a single and double along with a kitchen, dining, and 2 living spaces.

Don’t worry about bringing a thing for cooking as we offer a fully stocked kitchen along with a propane grill out back. We also have plenty of seating on the large patio around the pool to kick back and relax. Fresh linens and bath towels are provided and if you forgot your hairdryer, we have one of those too. The space is cleaned and disinfected by a professional cleaning service after each stay. We have high speed WiFi - 300 MBPS, and smart TVs in every bedroom and living room (to login into your (Netflix, Disney & Hulu accounts). Be prepared to reflect, relax, and enjoy the Seminole area surroundings (including beach days, golfing, biking, paddle boarding, swimming, restaurants, and more)! We provide necessities, to include a cooler, beach towels, beach chairs and an umbrella.

Remember- Please respect our home; treat it as your own, and leave it as you found it – clean, organized and free of damage. No parties or smoking allowed.

LOCATION:
This home is in a superb location. Just a 1.7 mile drive to the beach.

THE BACKYARD:
Step outside to a private oasis into the large sitting area with string lights and water views that overlooks the pool. If you need to break away for some peace and quiet, meditation or a little yoga, this is your spot!

THE POOL:
The pool is professionally serviced 2x per week. Guests use pool at their own risk.

Safety:
Guests use the pool at their own risk. Those who cannot swim and/or all children must be supervised. Children must be accompanied by an adult in backyard at all times. Do not go into the pond. Guests must inform us if anything isn’t functioning properly.

HOME AMENITIES:
This home offers a fully equipped kitchen with all full size appliances and a full-size washer and dryer. The home comes equipped with wireless internet so you may stream your tv selections--this home has no cable tv. We even have 2 beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and sand toys for you! There is a pack'n'play travel crib available on site as well.
