Beach Place #108 - Located right at John's Pass, Madeira Beach this direct beach front 3 bedroom 2 bath has all the comforts of home with views that are sure to amaze you and your traveling companions. Relax on the beach front balcony with access from the living area as well as the master bedroom. Open the windows and let the gentle sound of the Gulf surf soothe your soul. Updated granite kitchen with newer appliances should you want to prepare your meals, or walk to many local restaurants. Free Wifi

Beach Place Unit 108 has one parking spot. There is no additional parking at Beach Place.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The master bedroom is nicely decorated and furnished with a king sized bed. The second guest room also offers 2 queen sized beds, plenty of closet space and an attached bathroom. The third bedroom has one queen bed, making this condo a perfect spot for extended families. Washer and dryer, four flat screen televisions, high speed internet and one parking spot are also included. Linens, extra towels and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copying and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

One big attraction to this popular unit is its premier location to not only the beaches, heated swimming pool AND BBQ facilities, but also it is just across the street from John's Pass Village, a sought after destination for tourists and year round residents alike. John's Pass Village is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Amazing condo for a family trip to the beach!

Condo is as appears in pictures. Need to bring your own beach towels which I asked but got no reply…had to go buy some. Location is perfect.

Love the Location

We stayed during Christmas break which was a very busy time in the area. Beach by condo gets very busy in afternoon but mornings were very nice and could walk down farther and it wasn’t as busy. Perfect location with pool, beach, and John’s Pass footsteps away. Saw dolphins on our morning walks on the beach and John’s Pass. Despite many people it was still very relaxing and enjoyable. Condo had the basics. Was nice having bigger beds, 2 beach chairs, washer/dryer, cooking utensils/pans and dishwasher. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony daily. For the price, you can’t beat it!! The directions and instructions were very clear and management was quick to respond with and questions or changes. My daughter said it was the best vacation ever! Hope to come back again soon!

Needs Cleaning

Condo was filthy. Had to have the mgmt company send someone out to clean unit. My one year old hands and knees were black after five minutes of crawling on floor. Once they came out they began mopping the dirty floors with a dirty mop. I even had to request they sweep before mopping. The location was great but units/building need to be updated and cleaned.

The condo was very spacious and not out of date. I was so happy to have a washer/dryer in unit! Great location and the view from balance was spot on!! Only con I would give is that there was sand between the couch cushions. Other than that I really enjoyed it.

Fabulous condo in an Excellent location

Perfect condo for our family! Just as described! Across the street from St. John’s Pass. We went in January on a week that was below normal temps. The pool heat was out for the majority of our stay, but once it was fixed we enjoyed the pool and loved the beach!! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Excellent location

This property was perfect for our family getaway Christmas vacation. There were so many places to explore. We walked the beach and the boardwalk at John’s Pass multiple times on a daily basis. The condo had everything we needed for a weeks long visit. We loved the balcony which overlooked both the pool area and the beach. The three bedrooms gave everyone their own space. It was a great vacation!

Family fun

Great Condo, suited all of our needs. The fridge is huge and I wanted to take it home with me. Beautiful view of sunsets and a very clean beach. Hope to be back next year.

Beach Place 108 was a great place to stay with the family. Rooms were comfortable. Nice layout. Kitchen looked newly renovated. Awesome view. Beach was beautiful. Even saw a dolphin on the last day. Except for a temporary glitch with outdoor pool, everything was great.

Property management was good, but the place needs some serious updating kitchen appliances half of them were broken. They have to replace the garbage disposal because the sink was leaking all over the place but management was quick to fix it . Overall was good specially for the price but the appliances need replacement
