    You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

    Open floor plan offers plenty of room for up to six guests. Large kitchen offers breakfast bar, newer appliances and lots of counterspace. The living room has comfortable furnishings, large flat screened television, with direct access to the 2 private balconies. Here you will discover views that go on forever! Enjoy your morning coffee and close out the day taking in the fabulous Florida sunsets from this prime vantage point. Both bedrooms are roomy and each have two queen beds and plenty of dresser drawer space! Of course, every SunHost property has spotless bathrooms prepared for your arrival. This home will be fully stocked with all kitchen utensils, linen for all beds, extra pillows and sufficient towels for your stay. Free WIFI is also included. No smoking in unit or on balcony. Property has designated smoking area.

    Coin laundry is on the property. The condo doesn't have a washing machine or clothes dryer.

    As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copying and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours on call person. This is a non smoking home.

    The white sandy beaches are all just steps away as are the refreshing heated pool, BBQ facilities, hot tub and tiki hut picnic tables.

Was a great week staying at this condo. View was amazing and easy access to resort and check in. Great location to walk do restaurants and shops. Wish there was a broom for sweeping sand off the floor. The hot tub was broken after our first night and taped off the rest of the week. A bummer but not a deal breaker. Would stay again though!

Very nice condo that has a terrific view of the gulf. Condo is in a very nice area that is close to John's Pass, Treasure Island etc. Very nice time.

The sinks need to be cleaned out as they drain slow. Nice balcony but needs a ceiling fan.

Madeira Beach

The condo was perfect! The living room was big had room for everyone, kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The bathrooms were nice size( water pressure was not that good) but still did the job. Beds were very comfortable but the best was the Hugh patio doors to a very nice size balcony that we used all the time. Had the best view ever. It Had everything we needed for our vacation. Would definitely stay here next time we come to the area. What a beautiful beach and the pool was amazing too.

The door to the balcony off the master bdrm had mold on the inside of the door. I cleaned it off with clorox wipes. The kitchen floor was dirty along the baseboards. Beautiful view and pool area but could be cleaner.

The beds were broke down very uncomfortable and you need to find a new cleaning crew. they don’t clean very well. I will never stay here again.. if you’re buying an investment as a rental, at least keep it updated. Make it worth the stay. Instead of being a slumlord. but overall, the outside of the property was very beautiful.

When we arrived at resort, code for room did not work. Called the after hours number. Did not get a call back for 1 hour. Person on the apparently programmed the lock. Tried same code and it now worked. Room was not clean and extremely minimal supplies. One small soap in each bathroom, nothing for showers. 2 packs for diswaher.

Dirty & rundown. Only elevator broke down twice on two different days.. The building fire alarm was beeping due to faults. The conduit is separated with wring exposed on the N. Tiki Table. Asphalt parking lot sealed for several days during our stay. First day, NO prior notice posted. Poorly maintained. All air vents & ceiling fans dirty. All carpet is worn and heavily stained. A wipe with a damp towel revealed a buildup of grime on the surfaces in the living room. All of the tile floors were dirty with grime and head and body hair. The kitchen counter was also dirty when wiped with a clean paper towel. There are bite marks on the blinds in the dining room. Blind cords are knotted tangled and useless. Two slats in the blind on the balcony door in the master bedroom are broken. Window screens white and corroded. The kitchen sink faucet moves freely in the mounting holes. Kitchen cabinet defective hinge. Glasses, dishes, silverware look like a hodgepodge of thrift store and factory seconds. The kitchen counter also had a black grime when wiped with a clean paper towel. Kitchen counter laminate damaged. The hall bathroom had black mold on the caulking. The knob on nightstand lamp missing, unusable. The master beds leave only a few inches between the bed and wall to navigate. Bed skirts loose, dragging on the floor, trip hazards. The master right sink has a defective drain plug. All chrome faucets are pitted corroded. The master shower drain divot is a trip hazard.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a great week at 308 Sea Breeze. The first 2 days we had rain and cool weather. The hot tub made those days so much more bearable! A hot tub is a must for us when booking now. The condo was clean and felt huge to us. It had everything we needed including some beach toys and chairs in a bedroom closet which was a huge bonus. We only used the elevator once. We took the stairs to the 3rd floor every other time and it was not bad for us. We had 4 kids with us and were able to walk to John's Pass, 7-11, Nad Beach Cantina, Lisa's Cafe, and Caddies. W*If you walk down the beach to Johns Pass you can walk under the bridge and avoid crossing the busy road! Laundry facilities and trash chute were on the 4th floor so that was not bad for us. Laundry machines required a credit card. The view from the balconies is amazing. We saw 2 weddings on the beach and the coolest sunset ever. We saw dolphins from our balcony. We don't cook on vacation but the kitchen had everything we needed if we wanted to.

Beachfront Condo

The location and view from the balcony were great. The unit itself had many issues. When we arrived Saturday at 4, the first thing we noticed was that the AC was not working. It was 80 degrees in the unit and we immediately called SunHost. To make a long story short, we spent several days of back and forth on the phone with SunHost trying to get the issue resolved. We didn't have proper AC until Wednesday evening. On Tuesday we received some portable units that were so loud we couldn't have them on while we were trying to sleep. The whole issue was stressful and inconvenient having workers in and out of the unit while we were there. It would have been nice if we could have received a partial refund for our troubles. Another issue was the beds. All four beds had very old mattresses that were extremely uncomfortable. My husband spent most nights on the couch. The pillows and sheets were also horrible. It was very hard to get any sleep on a bad mattress with no AC. It would have been nice to be able to keep the balcony door open, but there wasn't a screen. The water pressure was very poor, but it was a little better in the smaller bathroom, so we used that one even though there was mold in the grout. I could go on with smaller issues, but in general we were not happy, especially since we stayed here two years ago (another unit) and had a great experience.

Reviewer Comments: Other than the constant drilling in the early morning from the construction workers no sleeping in late, it was decent also the room needs to be fullyupdated. Very close to John‘s pass boardwalk, 7-Eleven convenience store and two grocery stores are close by. Nice fishing on the beach and also John’s pass. The hot tub is nice. Pool was also good too, but the pool area needs to be pressure washed maintenance workers are very nice. Easy access to the beach. One thing is the elevator needs to be fully updated. Seems like I spent a quarter of my vacation waiting for the elevator And good luck if you can afford staying in the condo prices keep soaring. Would be nice to have some type of discount / deal for long-term repeat customers.

Kitchen had everything we needed for the few meals we ate in. Beds are a little firm. Kitchen chairs and balcony chairs could be replaced. We're a little flimsy. But, overall we had a great time. Location was easy walking to johns pass and caddys. Trolley stops right out front for longer trips. A lot of codes to remember. Elevator, pool/beach gate, bathroom, condo codes. Put my brain to work.

The bathtub does not drain and fixtures are so old! It could also use a new kitchen table and chairs. Overall the living space is wonderful. Very comfortable. The beds are very comfortable too. But the beds need new pillows. Kitchen was great. And the view was spectacular. Pool and hot tub we loved. Very clean. We used the grills too. A great place to stay for a week with all of the amenities. We would definitely go back.

Great Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was larger than anticipated. Really enjoyed having a balcony at each end of the unit. Could use a paint job in some areas and the bathtub could stand replacing. Beach toys and chairs were an unexpected bonus. Overall a very nice condo and we have rebooked for next year!

Excellent location, very clean condo, great new furniture, comfy beds, excellent view of the beach from our belcony. Would definitely stay here again.

Outdated, worn and not clean

Good location & view, In need of updating

The view from this condo and the location are great. However, the mattresses are like sleeping directly on the springs. Same for the couch and love seat. There is literally no cushioning left on either. If the management can replace both the mattresses and couches, then this would be a great condo. The only other issue was that there is no air conditioning coming into the bedrooms. If you can leave the doors open it is not too bad, but if you shut the doors, plan to be very hot.
