  • Oh Nom! for whatever reason the dining room was empty when we walked in. The ambiance & service was charming enough (I particularly enjoyed them showing "Teen Wolf") & the sushi rolls were a great value--the veggie rolls are to be missed but hey we are in the south-->it's always a gamble when your vegetarian appetizer isn't fried :)

Yearly Ladies Trip - Ages 60 - 65

Loved the condo - Fantastic Great location !!! Normally stay a bit further down the beach at a major hotel but not anymore will always try to rent this unit when at St. Pete Beach. A couple blocks from the main drag so plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. Right beside the condo was the beachfront Paradise Grill ….good food starting with breakfast and awesome lunch menu…..very reasonable prices. Also we used the free beach taxi ride when needed. Fantastic service if you don’t have a rental car. Every time we used the service we just gave the driver a couple dollars each. You can’t go wrong with this unit or this condo complex !!!

LOVED the view and the sunsets were amazing. Great beach for walking. Dining and shopping nearby. Short drive ti John's Pass and St, Petersburg. Condo was exactly as described. Clean and nice. Pool is small, but we are beach people so we didn't care. Leanne at the rental office was great! We will definitely be back!

Fantastic condo with amazing beach views. Well equipped kitchen but lacked condiments. The condo was spacious and very clean. The building has a pool and BBQ area to use. The view of the beach was stunning. I hope to return again.

Beautiful view. Just as pictured. Right on the beach! Clean and had everything we needed. Only negative is the internet needs to be updated (which I understand is under way) it’s pretty slow. Great condo - thanks for the stay.

Check in is very complex and not secure - a good company will never require you to send DL and CC images over email, it is not safe without encryption. Roaches in the kitchen. Crowded beach, no social distancing. Nobody wore masks in the lobby/elevator. Security guard impatient for us to leave 30 minutes before pool closed. Smoke and foul language at the pool. No pool towels. Thin walls, you can hear the neighbors like they are in your bedroom. Parties going all night.

Beautiful views of the Gulf, pool and beach. The kids loved the pool which was warm and clean. Lots of restaurants, hotels and stores within walking distance. Great location to watch the sunset and dolphins. Condo was clean and nice. Many places to fish nearby or rent paddle boards and jet skis. Only a short drive to the Don CeSar resort which is must see.

Perfect honeymoon

Me and my husband stayed here for our honeymoon and it was amazing. Very relaxing with lots to do. In Walking distance to multiple beach bars, shops, restaurants; I highly recommend the fish tacos at the paradise grill, right off the beach! The volleyball courts were fun to watch from the beach or balcony. Overall this is a great location to stay.

Perched over paradise!

This property was true to the description and then some! Updated, well-appointed and clean. The view up and down the beach was perfection and the sunsets will keep you coming back! We enjoyed a short walk down to Woody’s to catch some college football and visit with some locals, then made numerous trips to John’s Pass (super affordable Uber trip.) As an added bonus, Saturday brought a morning of beach volleyball games on the nearby courts. Great to sit and have coffee while watching the fun. We like to travel around and try different places, but we all agreed we would definitely return to this property!
